I Care have been providing care to my Mum for 3 weeks now, very nice staff who take the time to listen and give care the way she wants. Can't fault them, really. The managers have been really helpful, and even sorted out a lift for Mum to hospital so she didn't have to wait for an ambulance....

ICare was very happy to support your mother where we could, but your review is not objective and does not take into account the difficulties faced by our team. We did find that the times varied because family kept asking for different times and this made consistency of staffing difficult, we were sometimes unable to complete care tasks because family carers refused to allow staff to do so or asked them to act in a way which was contrary to their training and good practice.
