Overall assessment is good. Carers are very good. They are essential for me to be washed and changed as I cannot walk or get to the bathroom ( upstairs)

Only problem is some irregularities in the times they arrive, mainly due to previous clients needs.

We have the carers go in 3 times a day since Sept 2025. They are all so good with him, as he can be a right royal pain sometimes. One of the carers that shines out to me is Clint. He takes the time with my dad and goes that extra mile with him. He always keeps up upated with important things and calls straight away if there are any issues. Would rate this company 10 out of 10.

Maritum have been caring for Jack for the last eighteen months, and we are very happy with the service provided. The team are very careful with Jack as he is confined to bed and their cheerful attitude is much appreciated.

These people have saved my sanity. Always arrive with a smile and friendly. They are wonderful with my husband; they treat him with dignity and respect and get the best out of him. They always ask how I am and notice if I'm tired, which means a lot. They seem to be aware of my needs, too. I can't give enough praise to the office and the wonderful carers. Thank you.

The carers at Meritum Integrated Care have had such a positive impact on my grans life, and are all so kind and caring. They always go above and beyond for her and treat her with such dignity and respect. I would recommend Meritum to anyone who is looking for care.

All the carers I had were very thoughtful, friendly and kind. I am glad I am more independent, but miss them. As it was like having friends visit.

I found all the carers that come into my mum's really helpful and they're more than happy to help out with tasks that need doing. All the guys that Work from Merton in Folkestone have been wonderful. Each and every one of them that goes into my mum's make sure she's okay and offer she needs.

I am very happy with the staff who came to me they are always cheerful and arrive early in the day.

When I brought everything to the attention of the manageress in an email they arranged to come round to discuss about it, as soon as she stepped into my property I asked if she could take her shoes off, she refused, I said the carers do, she said they shouldn't and continued with giving us 10 days notice, everything was my fault and not the carer! Shameful

The ladies are always very kind and helpful, they always make sure we don't need anything else. We request they phone before arriving to give me time to get my husband into bed, which they always do. My only complaint would be that the timings are so random one evening call could be at 5pm, the next night it could be 8:30pm. However whenever I have needed their help quickly, they have always been able to help within the hour.

All of the carers we have had come to mum have been very good. There have been a couple that have stood out and have definately gone above and beyond and have been exceptionally amazing. One carer in particular literally saved my mums life and performed CPR. After a stay in hospital we now have mum back home with us thanks to the quick thinking and training from her carer. She is an absolute gem and uses gentleness in getting her washed and dressed. As a family we cannot thank her enough. After coming home mums care needed to be increased and thanks to the whole team this was arranged effortlessly and was in place immediately. Thank you Meritum.

I am very happy with my carers and the support they give me. They really help me get organised and make sure I stick to a regular routine. This will include different jobs like making the bed, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning up the kitchen, hoovering and ironing.They are also really helpful with my weekly food shopping making sure I spend money wisely, and stick to the budget. I have two different carers with different styles, both of whom are helpful and always check my wellbeing and how I feel in myself.

My wife, who was in the last stage of Parkinson's disease, was cared for from January 2025 to August 2025. She had 2 carers 3 times a day. She was cared for with empathy and dignity, and that was when her condition deteriorated.
