Overall Experience 2.0 out of 5
2 bookings cancelled over a period of two months, both at short notice and both errors regarding double bookings. Unable to get clear answers from the team without entering into protracted email exchange. The company seem to prefer to communicate by email rather than ringing to cancel a booking. I find
this disrespectful. One carer excellent and one with a severe body odour problem. Conflicting information from carer herself and office staff. I asked for complaints procedure to be emailed to me several days ago - still waiting. All very disappointing.
Reply from Leonie Goldson at Reed Community Care - ManchesterWe can confirm that we are aware of the concerns expressed by the service users mother following the successful initial introduction of 2 staff completing 2 bookings .We have consistently tried to work through all concerns and have addressed many highlighted in this review, including using the preferred method of communication. We are sorry that the complaint has not yet resolved to a satisfactory outcome and will continue to engage with all parties involved.
