We can confirm that we are aware of the concerns expressed by the service users mother following the successful initial introduction of 2 staff completing 2 bookings .We have consistently tried to work through all concerns and have addressed many highlighted in this review, including using the preferred method of communication. We are sorry that the complaint has not yet resolved to a satisfactory outcome and will continue to engage with all parties involved.
