Overall Experience
The service provided was both reliable and friendly. The professionalism left me reassured and took away any stress and worry that I had. Most impressive, however, was the individual care and attention that was given to me, making me feel important and a valued client. All of my queries were answered and I was never made to feel that I was a nuisance.

Overall, they were excellent and I would not use any other company!

I am extremely happy with my daughter's care package, and the current care team are all very well trained in every aspect of Shaira's care. They are consistently professional, compassionate, and attentive at all times. I am also very pleased with the reliability and consistency of the service provided. There is regular attendance, shifts are consistently covered, and absences or missed shifts are very rare. This level of continuity and commitment has made a significant positive impact on Shaira's wellbeing, comfort, and overall quality of life. The entire care team work very hard to support both Shaira and our family,

Overall Experience

We have been receiving care from Reed Specialist Recruitment for some time now and the service has been consistently excellent. The staff are professional and incredibly kind when supporting both myself and Lamont. They treat us with genuine dignity and respect, which makes a significant difference to our daily routine. The management team is also very helpful and responsive whenever we have questions. We are very happy with the care provided and would highly recommend their services to others in the London area looking for reliable home support.

Overall Experience

Very professional and friendly centered around family and service user staff are well trained and focused on there person they look after throughly engaging with service user and family very respectful and on time service user is non verbal but staff connects and knows by eye contact and body language

Overall Experience
We are very happy and pleased with Reed's
Service who provide 24 care to my daughter who has high complex care needs.
The staff have been supporting my daughter for many years and are like family members to us. I am very grateful for the service and dedication they provide and we are totally reliant on them.
The registered manager is always helpful and proactive with my daughter's care needs.

Highly recommend.

Overall Experience
The carers have been incredibly supportive in helping to develop my son's confidence and independence, especially when he is outdoors or engaged in daily activities. They not only assist him with his essential needs, but they do so with patience, understanding, and genuine care, which has made a remarkable difference in his overall wellbeing.
Their efforts go far beyond their basic duties. They actively encourage him to try new things, to make his own choices where possible, and to navigate daily tasks in a way that builds his self-esteem. This has been very important for us as a family, as it has helped him feel more included and capable in everyday life.
One of the things I appreciate most is their responsiveness during unexpected or urgent situations. Knowing that they are ready to step in at short notice gives me peace of mind and reassurance, especially given the challenges that sometimes arise with his condition.

We would like to thank you for all your support.
