Overall Experience
Carer has a great relationship with my aunt; she never wants her to leave. They come around on time every day and treat my aunt with great professionalism while also being like part of the family. I would highly recommend it.

Overall Experience
During the 1.5 days in which my gran had Sage Care for, they were absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t allow them to care for my dog.
They rushed her whilst doing her personal care, never stayed their full duration in which they were meant to.
Lack of communication between the company is horrendous. Sage did not even inform social services of my Nan's death. We found this out by having social services ringing my dad, asking how my nan's care is? My Gran sadly passed away within two days of being home.
Myself and social services are taking this further.

Working within the NHS sector myself, and observing how these carers were delivering their care, makes me never recommend these individuals give care to anyone.
