Following a fall down the stairs and the resulting hospitalisation, my sister received support from Fosse Healthcare for three months. The support she received was excellent - the ladies who visited were punctual, friendly, supportive and professional as well as extremely caring. Any issues, though
only minor, were promptly dealt with at the time or following a phone call. Should there be a need for this type of support in the future we would certainly talk to Fosse Healthcare. So, a big thank you to all the team involved.

The carers are very good but the organisation behind them is shocking. When you contact the office, if you are able to get through, they do not seem very organised. On several occasions, they have promised to ring me back but I am still waiting! No one seems to be in charge. At weekends when a lot of
problems occur you cannot get hold of anyone. This is very frustrating!

Fosse Healthcare is such an Amazing care company we have used many other care companies before Fosse and it is definitely the best! We had a few problems with timings but once I had spoken to management it was sorted and if they do struggle they have always called me to let me know and have always tried
their best.
