I’m so sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been facing with our service. Rest assured we are committed to providing the best possible care for our clients so to hear we have fallen below these standards due to staff shortages is incredibly disappointing.
We understand how difficult this must have been for you and your mum and we profusely apologise if you have felt let down by our services in recent times; the concerns you have raised are not something we take lightly and a full internal investigation is currently being undertaken. Necessary actions will be put in place to ensure that you are not faced with long delays or other extenuating circumstances in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this for you and our Branch Manager has been in touch since to discuss this in person, however, I would still like to address your concern regarding staff training.
Our care staff are all fully trained in-house by an excellent team of trainers and are given plenty of opportunity and support to be able to let us know if they are not quite ready to perform certain care tasks. However, I have since raised this review with our Training Manager to be investigated further, so we can ensure our staff are 100% confident in their capabilities before being sent on calls.
