I have been so surprised at how I have actually enjoyed having homecare to support me. I have been treated with dignity by a team of carers who clearly enjoy their work. All the girls were efficient, on time, willing and cheerful. A great team with excellent management support. I shall miss their welcomes
when they arrived.

A professional and well-organised company. Good communication at all times with the office. Reliable visits - both in timing and what they do for Mum. Pleasant, caring, friendly and kind ladies who help with Mum's needs. I am very grateful.

I do not know what I would do without Dad's care package. He would certainly not be able to live independently living still. Besides that it's not just care as a function/service it's company for my father, it's a cheerful face, it's a daily check-in with him, conversation and so much more. I couldn't
single any out, they are all lovely, friendly, and supportive.

Your Quality Care Services has been looking after my 87-year-old gran who has dementia for some time now and has been superb. They are always available at any time of the day if I need to make any requests or check up on any aspect of her life. They are always quick to react to any emergency and they
keep me up to date with any situation, giving me peace of mind as I live quite far away.

I now have my regular assistance and very happy with my crew. They are very helpful and thoughtful and if you have a problem about anything the 'boss' will always help sort it. A very well organised company and I am very happy with them.

We have been using Your Quality Care Services over the past year to help care for my 93-year-old mother who has dementia. I can not praise the carers and the manager who organises the care enough. They have a very professional approach and deal with all problems that arise quickly and efficiently and
in a very calm way. Nothing is ever a problem and the response time to any query is always very quick. Thank you!

Quality Care Services are an agency situated within Elmbridge Retirement Village in Cranleigh. They specialise in the care of the elderly, including dementia but also physical health issues. The benefits they have of being situated on-site is their direct access to the visiting GP, eg. To organise medication.
The staff can also quickly help in an emergency such as a fall or recognise symptoms of infection. They are literally 5 minutes away! Visits are flexible if needed. The care staff are very professional, and the calibre of nurses, experienced and extremely caring being observant for any changes in the client's health. They provide hot meals, prompt personal care and always make my aunt's choices, wishes and dignity a top priority in a kind and friendly way. They help with laundry and shopping. The care with this agency is extremely well organised but surprisingly reasonably priced. The peace of mind knowing my aunt's wellbeing is in their hands is such a blessing. Highly recommend.

The carers give me peace of mind when I am away or not available. Prior to starting to use them last year I felt unable to take a holiday, just in case anything untoward happened to my mother who is 93. Now I can go away knowing that there are people who know her and understand her needs. My mother
is very happy with the lovely staff and they always treat her with kindness and patience and they respect her independence. I know as she gets more frail, that I can increase the care given and she will be in very good hands.

The staff were excellent in the care and service they provided the live-in carers were all nice and provided great support to Mum and the backup support when needed providing the extra companionship kept mums spirits up.

I contacted the agency just before going to the hospital in November for a second major shoulder operation. I live on my own and needed some temporary help for a couple of months with showering, dressing and light tasks in the house. From the first contact with the office, I was impressed with their
efficiency and a plan was soon put in place. I was given a schedule of visits each week and had the same girls regularly. They were never late and nothing was too much trouble for them. I am so pleased I found them and would highly recommend them.

In the main, the care my wife receives is very good with some carers being particularly outstanding. The usual carer is particularly exceptional, although I believe there are others in the same company who could perform equally well, I have no need to change as the existing person has established a
friendly relationship with us both. Shopping, cleaning and even cooking are performed in a most professional manner. She certainly relieves pressure on me as I am 24/7. The carer chats to my wife and this stimulates her mind and includes her rather than being continually isolated.

Your Quality Care Services are a good care company and come with a high standard.
I have not been disappointed in their service and can be quite flexible to changes.
They have been extremely reliable and are only rarely late on arrival.
Since Covid-19 has been around they have been wearing full PPE
