Unreliable manager, couldn't care less. Staff late, then early. Some staff are great, others quite cheeky. Don't phone when held up or ask if can come early. Was better care when it was a previous provider, friendly staff. Was told nothing will change when Balmoral took over but carers changed, times
changed.
