Because of the complaints I have made Balmoral have decided to withdraw their care from 18th March and social work do not know if another provider will be arranged in time for this ending.

i wanted to say how great the carers are with my mum very friendly and nothing is too much .. my mum could not get out of hospital till they could secure care at home for her we are so happy it was balmoral who took her on honestly deserve 5 stars and more

Balmoral care has provided carers for me for a few years, I cannot criticise the care but compliment them. Today I had a carer, she was so laid back that she made me feel so at ease yet she was very professional at everything she done. My usual carer must have been off. I must give Balmoral care 10/10 for the carers and the service they provide.

It's a very poor care package, it's not helping, it's stressing me out. Don't get told what times you are going to be calling to do the care for my husband, plus I was told by the carer from tea time but I had no more carers for for bedtime. When I went out for some fresh air the carer was parked outside so I'd like to know what you're going to do about this, otherwise I'm going to go further thank you.

In all my years I have yet to experience any other service as appalling as that provided by Balmoral Care for my husband after his discharge from hospital. The company claims to provide a professional service yet repeatedly sent a string of unknown and incompetent staff who don't know or care about personal care. In raising concerns about the substandard care with both carers themselves, and the company directly, these have been dismissed and laughed off. Time keeping records have been falsified. Carers have lied, bullied and attempted intimidation and blackmail, all to my husband's distress. One or two staff eventually emerged as beacons of light but they are not enough to continue to allow Balmoral Care through my front door. Shame on you sirs. I am greatly relieved that you are longer to receive funding in our case.

My husband has been a client of Balmoral Health and Social Care in Fife for the last two years. We have been very pleased with the service we get. The carers we have had have been great. They are polite and caring to him. It is good for me as at times I can't help my husband, so it's nice to know we have people who become friends to help us both.

Whilst some of the carers were good in carrying out their tasks others were not. The management tried to change agreements in times for their own purposes without consultation with clients and power of attorney family. I would avoid this caring system.

Dreadful. They will not clean the sink or the grill, there are 2 conjoined at the hip, food is undercooked or burnt, and clothing and towels are left damp.

Balmoral Health and Social Care has been providing carers for my mum who has dementia for the past six months, all have been very kind and gentle with my mum, with some going over and above. Anytime I call the office, the staff are super friendly and so helpful, nothing is a problem or if I need to change a time slot or tell them my mum won’t be there as at a hospital appointment they are on the ball at changing things at short notice. My mum and I are so lucky and grateful to have such amazing care for her, so thank you so much Balmoral Health and Social Care, would highly recommend for care for your loved ones.

My mum had regular reviews and updates. All staff were friendly and helpful, with some being particularly good at going above and beyond in a constantly changing situation. Even came back one evening before leaving her complex because they were worried about her. Mum was not happy her times got changed, but this was due to frequent hospital admissions rather than the organisation itself. Management couldn't be more helpful and flexible.

Unreliable manager, couldn't care less. Staff late, then early. Some staff are great, others quite cheeky. Don't phone when held up or ask if can come early. Was better care when it was a previous provider, friendly staff. Was told nothing will change when Balmoral took over but carers changed, times changed.
