It's a very poor care package, it's not helping, it's stressing me out. Don't get told what times you are going to be calling to do the care for my husband, plus I was told by the carer from tea time but I had no more carers for for bedtime. When I went out for some fresh air the carer was parked outside
so I'd like to know what you're going to do about this, otherwise I'm going to go further thank you.
