I wanted to pass on my sincere thanks to the Mayfair Care team who have been supporting my mum for the whole of 2025. My mum is 94.5 years old and she has had a difficult time over the whole of this year. As her health has declined she has increasingly relied upon the care team to support her continued
living at home. The support has been nothing short of fantastic and it has made a tremendous difference to both mum herself and to her family. The care team are very attentive, caring and very hard working and that effort has made a huge difference. Mum really appreciates all the help she has received. As we approach Xmas day it marks nearly a full 12 months of reliance upon everyone and it is no small coincidence that she has seen an uptick in her health over the last few months. I continue to be very grateful to a great team of lovely people. Thank you all so much for what you do. Paul

Dealing with Mayfair Homecare was made very easy by the Management Team and arrangements for Care for my Mother was set-up and in place very quickly. Mayfair's care was exceptional. My mother-in-law has fast-progressing dementia, and after struggling with another company, the Portsmouth City Council connected us with Mayfair. The difference was night and day-she was treated with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness. She even looked forward to their
visits. One staff member in particular was incredible, guiding us through every step as her condition rapidly changed. We are deeply grateful for their compassion and professionalism.

Mayfair Homecare staff are constantly working hard to accommodate my needs, and quite often have gone above and beyond. I have been with two other care companies previously and the level of actual care and compassion the staff at Mayfair show towards me is exceptional in comparison. I couldn't ask for

My Husband has been looked after by Mayfair Homecare (Basingstoke) since June 2022. All the Carers are compassionate, caring & sensitive to his & my needs - he is always treated with dignity. They always advise & support me with any health/other needs and are happy & relaxed in our presence. There has
been very little turnover in the Carers we have which says everything about the company as a whole.
The office staff are always friendly & accommodating with any queries I have & any changes requested. Everything is organised & efficient.
I would not want any other company caring for my Husband & would recommend them to anyone looking for Carers. Thank you all so much.

My mum loves mayfair every body are very nice as my mum has very difficult skin but they look after her and my mum's main carere, she is now part of the family I can't thank mayfair enough and I would recommend mayfair to everyone

I have been really happy with the service provided to my parents by this care provider. My parents are extremely well cared for, and the communications with the team are excellent. It is a weight off my mind knowing that my parents are safe, well, and looked after.

I have been a service user with Mayfair now since January 2024. Ever since then, I have felt my confidence grow and also become a better version of myself. The carers are always polite, helpful and friendly, completing all the tasks I need with high competence, and have absolutely changed my life for
the better. Being a part of Mayfair has allowed me to feel cared for and supported, but also allowed me to gain some independence for myself, and for that I am completely grateful. Office Staff are brilliant and thoughtful, always positive over the phone and lovely to speak to.

Has greatly improved since two carers have been on the team, feel like I'm listened to. It's very important for me that my mum is in great hands as I'm not in the best of health and cannot be available 24/7.

This care provider has been looking after mum for a couple of months so far, after she broke her left hip in October '23. Thankfully, their carers have been very professional and friendly. Having a good rapport is very important to have considering they are the ones looking after our loved ones 24/7.
The office staff are a great help in sorting out appointments and medication etc. They are definitely an excellent care provider and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The patience and understanding shown by my mother's carer is wonderful. My father who would like to believe he can cope without help thinks she is excellent too.
If there is anything we could constructively offer to raise the care even higher in our thoughts is the odd issue with missing medicines

(my father's and not the patient's) or batteries/sensor mats which we still end up chasing around and the hospital visits that they forget. We the family try and keep them going but if they had no family left, how would these things get resolved.

This company delivers very good care to Mum. They are responsive when we have faced issues and always willing to share their experience and advice. Being smaller, they are much more flexible than larger care providers in my experience. Good management is an important aspect. They are good in this respect.
