My sister's principal carer is excellent and I have 100% confidence and trust in her. When she goes home for a break, cover carers are arranged. Where there has been issues with cover carers, management have acted swiftly to resolve them.

Dealing with Mayfair Homecare was made very easy by the Management Team and arrangements for Care for my Mother was set-up and in place very quickly. The Care provided to my Mother was delivered with Dignity and Respect and with Care and Compassion. I would recommend Mayfair Homecare to others who were seeking such care and services.

Mayfair Homecare staff are constantly working hard to accommodate my needs, and quite often have gone above and beyond. I have been with two other care companies previously and the level of actual care and compassion the staff at Mayfair show towards me is exceptional in comparison. I couldn't ask for more.

All levels of care have been very good for my father we are confident he is in safe and secure hands. The management keep both me and my sister updated and we are involved in all issues that may arise.

My mum loves mayfair every body are very nice as my mum has very difficult skin but they look after her and my mum's main carere, she is now part of the family I can't thank mayfair enough and I would recommend mayfair to everyone

I have been really happy with the service provided to my parents by this care provider. My parents are extremely well cared for, and the communications with the team are excellent. It is a weight off my mind knowing that my parents are safe, well, and looked after.

All aspects of the care provided by this company have been exceptional and has given peace of mind to the whole family during a really challenging time. The transition from care home back to living in their own home has been seamless. The process was managed by the team in a supportive manner and the care provided has been life changing for both parents.

This care provider has been looking after mum for a couple of months so far, after she broke her left hip in October '23. Thankfully, their carers have been very professional and friendly. Having a good rapport is very important to have considering they are the ones looking after our loved ones 24/7. The office staff are a great help in sorting out appointments and medication etc. They are definitely an excellent care provider and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very professional and efficient. Able to understand and meet complex client needs, to be flexible and respond to difficulties with sensitivity. Very prompt and appropriate response to communication. The staff were friendly and caring and the care plans ensured the carer knew exactly how to deliver the right care. Could not have asked for more.

This company delivers very good care to Mum. They are responsive when we have faced issues and always willing to share their experience and advice. Being smaller, they are much more flexible than larger care providers in my experience. Good management is an important aspect. They are good in this respect.

Felt there was a significant improvement in my mother's physical and mental health after returning home from an assessment placement to have a live-in carer. She had definitely suffered a decline in her health whilst being assessed in hospital and just kept asking when she was going home. Very happy now she is back in her own home with proper one-to-one care.

Cooperative and supportive. This company could not have done enough to support us in transitioning our parents to live-in care. Despite some challenging behaviour from our parents, the carers and management team stuck with it. Our parents have now settled and are happy and well cared for.

This company has provided excellent live-in care initially for Mum following a mini-stroke in 2019 when she was released home in January 2020 and subsequently additionally for Dad who needs assistance with medication and some personal care. Whilst the carers have changed frequently over this period (Jan 2020 - Nov 2021) there has always been an excellent handover and continued excellent care.

The agency provides excellent support to our amazing live-in carer. This allows mum, who is non-verbal and can no longer stand or walk, to remain in an annexe to our home safely.

This company has been looking after Mum (93) for almost three years. She has severe dementia and is housebound. The live-in carers supplied by them have made her life comfortable and she is content. We have been very grateful that we can rely on them to look after Mum, as my sister and I do not live locally. This has been particularly reassuring during the Covid pandemic when we have not been allowed to visit due to the restrictions in force. The company has been extremely proactive and helpful with any medical issues that have arisen with Mum.
