We are very pleased with the level of care for both my parents and with the level of communication with this company in addressing any concerns we have. I feel confident in the knowledge that my parents have a good relationship with their carer and are being well cared for in all aspects of the service that the company provides.

Very thorough initial assessment and we like the way a supervisor visits weekly to monitor the core package and client/staff satisfaction. Management were responsive when we had performance issues with a specific carer and the situation was resolved to our satisfaction. Service always felt very personal and as a daughter, I felt I had a good relationship and communication with the supervisor and manager.

Finding care for a relative is never easy, we have had to do this process once before! Having had a difficult experience, we were dreading having to go through this again! This company was recommended to us, and we are so thankful we found them! The lady who was our first point of contact, who was extremely professional, helpful and reassuring. She asked the relevant questions on the phone and then came out to visit us to carry out Dad's assessment. After that, our contact with the manager was just as helpful and professional. Both team members showed us empathy and patience and really put our minds at ease! Dad absolutely loves his carer, and everything has just gone so smoothly. I will definitely recommend you to others!

Having to find home care very quickly for an elderly friend, we were recommended to call in this company. They have been really good from the beginning. The live-in carers have been extremely kind, caring and professional, with the management on hand, dealing with any queries in a very efficient manner and again very professional. Neither my brother nor I lived locally to our Mum, but we had no worries that she would receive all the care she needed. If a GP was needed this was sorted, and we were always kept informed of any health issue Mum had. Mum loved having you all look after her, and my brother and I can't thank you enough for all the care and kindnesses you showed our Mum. We will never forget you all.

The one factor that we found helped Dad and the family was extremely professional, caring and warm carers.
Without them my mother would not have been able to cope on her own, looking after a bedridden father.

This company provided live-in care to my partner who had terminal cancer. The care and support my partner received was excellent. The live-in carers were empathetic to my partner needs and nothing was too much trouble. The support I received from not only the care staff but from the Registered Manager was very gratifying. The live-in carers were well trained and knew how to care for someone who was on the End of Life pathway. Following her death, the live-in care remained to care for my elderly friend the care and support she received allowed her to remain as independent as possible in the home environment and to be able to access the community. Care staff received regular reviews and spot checks by office staff and nothing was too much trouble for the carers or the management. Care planning was personalised and delivered respecting my friend's dignity and privacy. I have no hesitation in recommending this provider.

The care they have given them has been amazing, nothing has been too much trouble. I was concerned when I first took on carers as you hear such awful stories and popped in randomly to check on them and they have always been right up to the mark and I have never had any cause for complaint at all. All the carers have become extended family and are genuinely interested in my parents' welfare.
The office has always been there to help out with any queries or problems and has never let me down.
As you can imagine, having my parents so well cared for in their own home has taken a great weight off our family's shoulders and I would gladly recommend Basingstoke Mayfair to anyone who needs any form of care.
