Finding carers that you are totally confident with is extremely difficult but important. We have been fortunate in securing Creative Care who I cannot recommend highly enough. My mother in law is treated with respect and dignity. The carer's are all very personable, thoughtful and caring which gives
me confidence. They do the little things that are a big help and tailor the care to individual needs. On a practical level the house is left clean and tidy, food is used in date order and they do not hesitate to contact me if anything is needed, which I view as a positive. Our carer has also gone above and beyond and arranged attendance at a luncheon club which has had positive results, she has been very supportive both to my mother in law and me at a very difficult time which is truly appreciated. Based on our own personal experience I have no hesitation in recommending Creative Care to anyone else.
