Avoid this company at all cost. Disgusting how my father was treated and a current investigation underway by council. Staff don't have a clue how to use equipment supplied by NHS, turn up 3 hours late, fail to dress and change pads etc. staff are incredibly rude and useless.

After a 72 hr assessment via care provider ,we have had Cherish going into my Dad for 48 hours and they have yet to provide ANY care ????
Turning up over 1 hour late from times we have agreed on, he's not been washed or clothes changed and not been offered food as they turned up at 7.15 last night for his tea!!! I've been myself this morning to get him up, wash, dress and feed him as weve been told they can only " fit" him in at 10 30am this morning.
He is paying private for this so called care!
Disgusting ,we wont be using them for much longer.

I shudder to think what care and support others get when they have no one to speak for them.

I have looked into the concerns you have raised. During your dads assessment with the TOCH (Transfer of Care) team, times are discussed and the times given are within a time frame, we do not give set times while a package of care is under the TOCH team, once the 72 hour package goes over to the...

Absolutely appalling service! This care company simply don't care, I have missed several hospital appointments due to their incompetence.
