The carers always ask if there is anything else to be done before leaving my home. My daughter searched to get the best care for me and found Enliva Home Care. I have no complaints and would recommend the care given to me 100%

This Care company provides excellent care for my mum. It's like every other company you have in the beginning teething problems but this company listen to you. Make sure that the Care you require is the care given, their staff go above and beyond what is required I would recommend this Care company for any bodies loved ones such an amazing team bit internal and external

I have been receiving care from Enliva Homecare for over 3 years now and I have no complaints at all. The carers that come to me are kind, loving, attentive and really care for me. 10 out of 10 across all aspects.

The care is second to none, we now have a regular, competent core team of carers who my husband likes, trusts, and who work hard with him to help him get well and improve his capabilities, adapting to his ever changing needs during his recovery and rehab following a stroke. They are friendly, professional, and caring. I would not want to use any other company, and would recommend them without hesitation.

I can't recommend Enliva highly enough. They currently provide three visits a day for my 90yr old mother who lives in Telford, and the level of service has been outstanding.

Living a significant distance away in Surrey, I often worry about not being there as much as I'd like to be. However, knowing this team is looking after her has given me peace of mind. If I have a request, the office team are quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The carers are punctual, kind, patient and compassionate. In particular Adele, one of the lovely carers, Chantelle in the office and Coral the manager deserve a mention for going above and beyond.

I'm grateful for the security it gives me, knowing that my mum is in such capable hands.

I have found the communication between team leaders (especially Liz, who did initially assessment) the staff at Telford Office and myself, very professional and helpful .. My elderly mom has visits 4x daily and initially she found it difficult getting to know so many new carers and didn't always accept certain staff. .. However through communication with Liz and main office, this was rectified within a short period of time and continues to be that way .. Staff are very caring and tolerant of an elderly persons nature which can be unpredictable at times, especially early mornings .. They communicate with the next person on duty if they have to relay anything and record as per requirements of that set duty.. To be able to see notes is an asset, especially when living away from mom .. Allows family to see and then address any issues on that day .. We have nothing but positives to say about your company.. Thank you all for the difficult job you all do in to caring for our Mom .

Daughter of an elderly lady with cognitive impairment. My mum has been having carers in four times each day to assist with making meals, changing beds and personal care . Mum has blossomed over the last six months, she is so much happier and relaxed and looks forward to seeing "her girls", every day. They have been so helpful, letting me know what she needs, and if she has any concerns.

My mom has been with this company for many yrs.they are the best company in wombourne.there are some points not been happy with but have been resolved I wouldn't have any other Care company.

Couldn't ask for a better service. They have gone above and beyond with my mums care. A couple of start up niggles but they were sorted straightaway. The carers and the admin team act with professionalism and are so kind to mum even when she's not cooperating. Highly recommend

Sentinel have been providing carers for an elderly male friend, who was suddenly left to cope independently due to his wife's illness. The individuals involved in his care have been wonderful - ensuring he takes care of himself, whilst also helping him with domestic chores that he might otherwise have overlooked. They (nicely) nag him when necessary, and after his initial reluctance to have carers, he now enjoys having a chat and appreciates the company and care given to him. The office staff have proven to be really helpful and flexible when needed, and also use their initiative to advise me of any concerns they have. When we were first looking for carers I was very worried, having read all of the horror stories - thank goodness another user pointed me in the direction of Sentinel - the support they have given has been amazing.

The care provided to my Dad has been of the highest order, and extended above & beyond the call of duty. We are comfortable that Dad is being looked after and that is well being is paramount at all times. It's greatly appreciated by us as a family.

This is a very good company. They have professional carers and a friendly, helpful office team. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble and we were very grateful for all their help, support and patience.

On the last month of Wyn's life, the carers came in and they treated her with kindness laughed with her treated her like she was a human being and not just an old lady in a bed. Wyn last week the girls excelled with kindness and graciousness and treated her with the most respect. She was treated with dignity the whole of the time. and the one thing that melted my heart even when asleep they spoke to her and told her exactly what they were going to do.. we wasn't with them very long but the whole time that we were there I found the girls professional, caring, kind and considerate .

I find your carers very pleasant, nothing to much trouble. Like coffee!!

An excellent service the carers are very good. On occasion the management is not as good as the carers. I would recommend them to anyone.
