Home Care Providers Owned by Meloosha Homecare in East Riding of Yorkshire

I was recovering from serious Pneumonia and wanted domiciliary care. I enquired with meloosha Care Company and a lady came to speak to me and I decided to use them for this service.
In general I am more than happy as the carers who come are great. Very e and do a very good job which I am thrilled about.
My problem is, that despite ringing I can never get an answer to my call, the line seems to be engaged all the time.
I have attempted to change the tasks that I require doing, but this appears to be a problem as the task list has not changed at all.I have requested copies of my paperwork at least 3 times, as I mislaid these when I was so very ill and up to date not found them! I know it's my responsibility to take care of them, BUT I am finding it impossible to recieve copies!
The carers are superb, chatty and very efficient and do a fantastic job in my home, it's the Admin that lets them down.

The care worker is hard working and completes the tasks we require completed with skill and care.
Gives us a high standard of cleanliness in the shower/toilet room. Dusting and hoovering of each of our four rooms is of a high standard. Particularly removing spiders webs.
Handles the laundry well, from loading the washing machine, hanging the laundry on the washing line to ironing as well.
Provides a cooked meal of our choice, serves, washes, dries cutlery and crockery returning the to the respective cupboard or drawers.

Cleans the windows in each room of our bungalow.
