Over the period in question the new equipment has been introduced for the client and the carer staff have coped very well with the changes in routine that this has entailed. As before the carers have all been extremely pleasant and conscientious. Generally the office staff have been very helpful in keeping us informed of any changes and possible delays.

Over the last nine months looking after and caring for our mum the standard of care has been first-class and excellent. The care has been very compassionate with a great deal of kindness shown in looking after Mum's needs, she is elderly and very frail, time is taken to speak to her and make sure she is fine.
