We have frequent carers of APT for my wife. They are both very careful handling her as she bruises easily. She enjoys their good sense of humour and teach each other new words in their respective languages often. They are both professional, kind and courteous and carry out the early morning call which is the important one as it involves body and hair washes and they leave her feeling refreshed and comfortable for the rest of the day.
We have generally had the same carers but also due to days off and holiday coverage the replacement carers have been excellent as well.
One lady has covered several times and we have found her very helpful courteous respectful and done everything we have asked her to assist us.
We would recommend APT as a well-run and very helpful company.
We have a great team of carers that come to my friend for her needs especially four of the ladies. They come a good distance to deliver her care and it's very much appreciated what they have to do and put up with.
Thank you for giving my mom the best end-of-life care she deserved she was happy with the vigilance and the compassion of the carers. Thank you for loving her and caring for her when we could not. Your service was excellent and we are forever grateful. Thank you and God bless you.
Very pleased with the care given to my mum by carers who visit her 4 times a day, 7 days a week. Always friendly and interact well with the rest of the family. My mother is bed-bound and is struggling with her health and rarely shows happiness but the carers manage to make her smile. Thank you for your ongoing hard work.

APT did keep in touch with us and let us know if there were any problems with his care. Their carers daily reports were kept up to date and available for us to see. My uncle was very happy with APT and he built a strong relationship with all the carers who visited him.
Evening carers left Dad very wet. I checked his medication and they had not been giving him any which is extremely dangerous, he was hungry too. Luckily I went around to check Dad. He was very confused and said the carers were coming back. Adult abuse and horrible service have left me with no confidence in having carers for my dad. Do not use this company.
We are in the process of investigating to establish the facts of the case. Initial enquiries suggest the frame was moved, but it is inconclusive regarding who and how. Staff did attempt...
My experience with the aforementioned company is one of disbelief.
There were some Carers that in my opinion should not be working in care as they showed no empathy towards an elderly man in his 80's.
The level of service was very poor with the carers not fulfilling their allotted time with my father and just doing the bare minimum and just going through the motions and also filling in their daily records, saying they had done everything that was needed doing, which was not the case.
I personally would not recommend APT Care to anyone.
Wanted to say thank you for the hard work and dedication of the APT Carers, for my dad specifically the evening and night carers who go above and beyond their duties to ensure my dad is comfortable, safe and happy. They also, interact very well with my dad and the rest of our family ensuring that all requests are carried out as asked.
A team of grand ladies and girls, who always showed dedication and understanding, sometimes under difficult circumstances. Some were exceptional and went the extra mile, both attending to the patient's physical needs and raising her declining morale, and indeed also that of her family.
Sadly they often seemed to work under stressful conditions, time constraints and other factors which contributed to making their life more difficult than perhaps was necessary.
Overall, well-done everybody concerned; you will be remembered with affection for a long time to come.
