They consistently meet all their needs in a pleasant and friendly manner (especially apt when dealing with a patient who has dementia - they can be difficult sometimes!). My nana was very nervous to have care to begin with but Bluebird Care have been excellent from the very start. All the carers have been excellent at making her feel settled and at ease with the care she receives. She has formed some lovely bonds with the carers. The office staff have also been so accommodating and are there to help 24/7. We are very grateful to Bluebird Care.

Bluebird has supported my mother on a weekly basis with two different carers visiting for an hour during the month. They are kind, supportive, helpful and flexible and have built up a relationship with my mother over the 5 months of attention. It has been a welcome introduction to additional care. The manager has been very attentive, sincere and quick to respond to my mother's needs.

Bluebird Care Leeds North helped Mum, initially twice a week, for companionship and accompaniment to the local shop for her groceries or a walk down the lane. As Mum's needs increased so did Bluebird Care's visits. We have always been satisfied with the service. Carers are patient, diligent, thorough, thoughtful, kind and conscientiously follow Mum's care plan (which is regularly reviewed). Mum has always been pleased to see the carers. As best as they can, Bluebird Care try to rota a regular carer. Mum is now in residential care and Bluebird Care continue to accompany her to hospital appointments which is lovely for Mum as she continues to see the carers with whom she formed a bond. Queries have always been dealt with immediately. Office staff are a pleasure to deal with. As two daughters who live away, Bluebird Care is invaluable.

When Dad was taken ill and sadly died after a five-week hospital stay, I engaged Bluebird Care Leeds North to help support my mum who has Alzheimer's. Management has been very accommodating of our needs and very responsive as I took a few weeks to get the right care package and have always lived their values. Mum, who is 85, took to every carer, she would ring after each visit saying how safe she felt. The care team have always treated Mum with the utmost respect but now she really enjoys their visits and chat and the fun they have!

We were very happy with Bluebird Care's quick response to our urgent request when my husband came out of hospital. They were very flexible and provided care in difficult circumstances (i.e. Coronation weekend).

I requested help while I recover from surgery. Although it's once weekly, the support is valuable. The carers together with the area manager have been great. Very professional ladies, friendly and they ensure all requested activities are addressed. Always I get asked if there is anything else needed to be done before they leave. Friendly, lovely staff, very professional and make you feel safe and looked after.

I have used Bluebird Care for more than two years and have been happy with the service provided. The carers are helpful, pleasant and willing to do whatever is asked of them. The office staff are so helpful, but in the last few weeks, their IT system has not been working making it difficult to know when carers' visit times happen.

Sheree brings a wealth of professional expertise to Bluebird Care. Prior to owning Bluebird Care Leeds North, Sheree was a Quality Manager with the Bluebird Care Franchise Support Centre, providing advice and support to around forty Bluebird Care franchises in the North and East Midlands region.
"Bluebird Care stands for exactly the type of quality care provision that I want to be associated with. I knew the moment I became involved with Bluebird Care that this brand represented the type of quality services that I’m happy to put my name to. Coming from a care and quality background, I self-assess our service on a daily basis and I’m only satisfied with a service that holds dignity and respect at its heart and is good enough for my own loved ones.”
Bringing with her, 18 year's experience in the health and social care sector in a variety of roles, Sheree initially worked as a front-line Support Worker, Registered Manager and then Senior Manager of multiple services. She worked as a Quality Assurance Manager for a large Yorkshire based Housing Association and then started her journey with Bluebird Care working for the Franchise Support Centre before investing in her own Bluebird Care franchise in early 2019.
A career in the social care sector has given Sheree the opportunity to lead a range of services including domiciliary care, care homes, extra care, supported living and day services and has experience of working with older people, people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, drug and alcohol misuse, homelessness, chaotic lifestyles and children and families.
Throughout her career, Sheree gained vital knowledge of the care industry and understands what excellent care looks like and more importantly, the impact that poor care has on the people who receive it.
Sheree is born and bred in Leeds and is very proud to be able to bring outstanding quality home care to her local community.
Having worked in most roles within the business, Sophie is a fountain of knowledge in Care and Support.
Sophie leads the team with integrity, she thrives on learning every day and works hard to continuously develop the service. She manages operations in an organised manner and supports staff with confidence and kindness.
When it comes to passion for customer service and truly person-centred care, Sophie has bundles of it and her energy is infectious throughout the team.
