Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a positive review of the Bluebird service you receive. We absolutely accept and share your frustration about the IT system (Staffplan by Advanced) that had a total outage in August and did not recover. This left us in a difficult spot and our team worked very quickly to create manual workarounds where possible. This outage affected many social care providers across the UK and the NHS 111 services. The good news is that we are now trialling our newly purchased electronic rostering system and hope to have this up and running in the next few weeks. Thanks again for your feedback and we'll continue to do our best for you.

She worked as a Quality Assurance Manager for a large Yorkshire based Housing Association and then started her journey with Bluebird Care working for the Franchise Support Centre before investing in her own Bluebird Care franchise in early 2019.
A career in the social care sector has given Sheree the opportunity to lead a range of services including domiciliary care, care homes, extra care, supported living and day services and has experience of working with older people, people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, drug and alcohol misuse, homelessness, chaotic lifestyles and children and families.
Throughout her career, Sheree gained vital knowledge of the care industry and understands what excellent care looks like and more importantly, the impact that poor care has on the people who receive it.
Sheree is born and bred in Leeds and is very proud to be able to bring outstanding quality home care to her local community.
Sophie is the Care Manager and CQC Register Manager for Bluebird Care Leeds North. She started her journey with Bluebird Care as a Care Assistant in 2012 and flourished within a supportive environment, that saw her develop and progress to the Care Manager role.
Having worked in most roles within the business, Sophie is a fountain of knowledge in Care and Support.
Sophie leads the team with integrity, she thrives on learning every day and works hard to continuously develop the service. She manages operations in an organised manner and supports staff with confidence and kindness.
