Bluebird continues to deliver outstanding care to my father and have not let the pandemic phase them at all. My father and I have been kept well informed with updates about the pandemic and his care team are always smart, clean and in full protective equipment. The team at their office continue to be kind, organised and professional and our family will use Bluebird for as long as we can.

Impeccable service, knowledgeable team, each one with a heart of gold. They provide care for my vulnerable aunt and she couldn't be happier now. She went into a care home but didn't settle well due to the strict routines that didn't suit her. Bluebird Care helped to bring her back home where she wants to be and the difference in her is remarkable. Bluebird helped by putting us in touch with an Occupational Therapist who recommended equipment to help my aunt get around her house safely. She's happy and alert now and looks forward to her carers visits each day. Don't even bother trying anywhere else, the service these provide is second to none. Many promise you the earth and don't deliver whereas these do exactly what they say they will, which is reassuring when it comes to family.

My carers do everything I need so I can stay at home. They help with my medicine and getting up and about. My life was miserable before my Bluebirds started helping me. I've got my life back and it means so much. I had other care companies before and they used to come late all the time but my Bluebird carers come to my house when it suits me which is so much better. We always have a laugh too it's great.

My wife's carers at Bluebird Care Leeds North have been nothing short of outstanding, two carers, in particular, are her main carers, and they ensure she is comfortable, clean and happy at all times. She has Alzheimer's and needs a lot of care and stimulation now, they are wonderful with her and also have a good sense of humour. My wife and I are at ease with them being part of the furniture in our home. The care they provide means that I get a break when I need it. I love my wife dearly but a little time to relax is sometimes needed and much appreciated when her carers arrive. They even go so far as to make me a cup of tea and prepare a slice of cake for me, so I can put my feet up in the other room.

They support my brother who has complex needs and a learning disability, they care for him as if they are his own family. They are patient and knowledgable and the office staff are so flexible with us and can't do enough for us all.

Bluebird helps my sister with everything she needs and know they are always looking out for her and have her best interests at heart. Nothing is too much and they are so helpful, they deserve a medal working in this pandemic. They never complain even though they have full PPE on and must be uncomfortable. I couldn’t manage to look at my sister on my own and am so thankful.

I could not ask for more kindness The change to new visiting times recently has worked very well following a very distressing time after an incident that was nothing to do with Bluebird, but they saw I needed extra help and came to my rescue. Bluebird made changes I needed and are very helpful and pleasant with understanding. It cheers me up each day to see them!

Care assistants provide an excellent standard of care, whilst preserving my independence as much as possible. They are all sensitive to my needs and provide support and care as required. The continuity of care enables them to be aware of issues that need intervention; for example, if I have an infection, they know if I am confused and need antibiotics. When attending my hospital appointments, my consultants value their input and contribution to the consultation.

My father has been with Bluebird for nearly 2 years and we have been very pleased with the service we have received. Two or three carers in particular really go above and beyond to make my father's difficult life a little easier. They put on washing and hang it up, attend to his personal care and prepare his breakfast and a sandwich and buttered scone for lunch. They have not let us down once, every morning a carer has come, all through lockdown and the pandemic. We are truly appreciative and thankful to Bluebird for making an elderly, disabled man's life better and enabling him to carry on living in his own home.

I feel like the Bluebirds are my family, I don't have any family living close to me and they look out for me as if they are my own flesh and blood. They are simply angels! I wouldn't be able to stay at home without them and I love their company.

Bluebird have been visiting me for years. They come 3 or 4 times a week and help me with my domestic tasks because I’m no longer able to do it myself. All the carers are lovely, kind and willing to help me with anything. It’s so nice to see a friendly face, have our chats and I feel really happy with the service.

Bluebird Care has been wonderful in helping me recover from my operation. Nothing is too much trouble, and I look forward to my daily visits as we have a good natter. They even filled up my bird feeder so that I could watch the birds from my chair.

Sheree brings a wealth of professional expertise to Bluebird Care. Prior to owning Bluebird Care Leeds North, Sheree was a Quality Manager with the Bluebird Care Franchise Support Centre, providing advice and support to around forty Bluebird Care franchises in the North and East Midlands region.
"Bluebird Care stands for exactly the type of quality care provision that I want to be associated with. I knew the moment I became involved with Bluebird Care that this brand represented the type of quality services that I’m happy to put my name to. Coming from a care and quality background, I self-assess our service on a daily basis and I’m only satisfied with a service that holds dignity and respect at its heart and is good enough for my own loved ones.”
Bringing with her, 18 year's experience in the health and social care sector in a variety of roles, Sheree initially worked as a front-line Support Worker, Registered Manager and then Senior Manager of multiple services. She worked as a Quality Assurance Manager for a large Yorkshire based Housing Association and then started her journey with Bluebird Care working for the Franchise Support Centre before investing in her own Bluebird Care franchise in early 2019.
A career in the social care sector has given Sheree the opportunity to lead a range of services including domiciliary care, care homes, extra care, supported living and day services and has experience of working with older people, people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, drug and alcohol misuse, homelessness, chaotic lifestyles and children and families.
Throughout her career, Sheree gained vital knowledge of the care industry and understands what excellent care looks like and more importantly, the impact that poor care has on the people who receive it.
Sheree is born and bred in Leeds and is very proud to be able to bring outstanding quality home care to her local community.
Having worked in most roles within the business, Sophie is a fountain of knowledge in Care and Support.
Sophie leads the team with integrity, she thrives on learning every day and works hard to continuously develop the service. She manages operations in an organised manner and supports staff with confidence and kindness.
When it comes to passion for customer service and truly person-centred care, Sophie has bundles of it and her energy is infectious throughout the team.
