All the team are wonderful and so kind to my mum. Bluebird have been nothing but professional and kind throughout everything. It feels like a wholesome and good business and I see this in the communications and newsletters they send out too. They put on an excellent bash for the Queen's Jubilee in the summer where I saw first-hand the love and care they apply to the people they care for.

Bluebird Care staff were always caring, compassionate and attentive. Communication with family was always timely, focussed, supportive and appropriate. Whenever support needed to be increased or altered in any way, Bluebird did so efficiently.

My father receives excellent care from his Bluebird carers, they have gained my father’s trust, who was a little reluctant to receive help at first. I do believe he would not be without his Bluebirds now, he speaks about them very fondly. Whenever I have contacted the office, the staff are pleasant, taking an interest and easy to talk to, they clearly have their customers’ best interests at heart. They respond quickly to any request we have and find ways to accommodate us with our last-minute requests for additional visits when needed. I see that Bluebird have recently won awards and I can see why as they go above expectations for our family.

The team at Bluebird are the best we’ve experienced and we’ve had some bad experiences with home care companies. They are always on the ball and alert to changes in my Mum’s health and mood, they make suggestions to help but somehow never take over and just feel like a safe pair of hands. Everyone we have spoken to has been friendly and polite and even though I know they must be terribly busy as they help many people, they make us feel like we’re the only family they support and are very giving with their time. We’re completely happy with Bluebird!

Bluebird provides a high standard of care to my elderly mother. The access to the online daily care comments is particularly helpful, I can take a look at these whilst I am at work to see how Mum's start to the day was. Communication from the office team is very good and efficient. Everyone I deal with is very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. Mum has built some good relationships with the carers who provide her care. Overall I feel Bluebird provides an excellent service of care.

I couldn’t cope with everything when I was caring for Dad on my own but since Bluebird have been involved, I’ve got my life and my relationship back with Dad. I know that if Dad ever needs any extra visits, they have a well-managed team and always find a way to accommodate our requests.
Dad enjoys the visits from his carers, they take such good care of him and he always looks immaculate. He has a cheeky sense of humour which his carers bounce off.

From starting with Bluebird their admin and information have been excellent both from their local office and all the friendly caring staff who help me at home. I look forward to their visits and appreciate their care for me at home. They are top dollar in cost but as always you get the best if you pay for it and they are the best in this field in my experience. I haven't yet met the franchise holder but would like to leave especially my thanks to all the friendly folk at Horsforth Leeds. Well done guys 11 out of 10!

Sheree brings a wealth of professional expertise to Bluebird Care. Prior to owning Bluebird Care Leeds North, Sheree was a Quality Manager with the Bluebird Care Franchise Support Centre, providing advice and support to around forty Bluebird Care franchises in the North and East Midlands region.
"Bluebird Care stands for exactly the type of quality care provision that I want to be associated with. I knew the moment I became involved with Bluebird Care that this brand represented the type of quality services that I’m happy to put my name to. Coming from a care and quality background, I self-assess our service on a daily basis and I’m only satisfied with a service that holds dignity and respect at its heart and is good enough for my own loved ones.”
Bringing with her, 18 year's experience in the health and social care sector in a variety of roles, Sheree initially worked as a front-line Support Worker, Registered Manager and then Senior Manager of multiple services. She worked as a Quality Assurance Manager for a large Yorkshire based Housing Association and then started her journey with Bluebird Care working for the Franchise Support Centre before investing in her own Bluebird Care franchise in early 2019.
A career in the social care sector has given Sheree the opportunity to lead a range of services including domiciliary care, care homes, extra care, supported living and day services and has experience of working with older people, people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, drug and alcohol misuse, homelessness, chaotic lifestyles and children and families.
Throughout her career, Sheree gained vital knowledge of the care industry and understands what excellent care looks like and more importantly, the impact that poor care has on the people who receive it.
Sheree is born and bred in Leeds and is very proud to be able to bring outstanding quality home care to her local community.
Having worked in most roles within the business, Sophie is a fountain of knowledge in Care and Support.
Sophie leads the team with integrity, she thrives on learning every day and works hard to continuously develop the service. She manages operations in an organised manner and supports staff with confidence and kindness.
When it comes to passion for customer service and truly person-centred care, Sophie has bundles of it and her energy is infectious throughout the team.
