I have been helping as a live-in carer to the client for over four years and during that time have always used 'Life Carers' to cover my breaks (2 hours) during the day. To begin with I have always found their timekeeping to be excellent and the care given to the client has been outstanding, always arriving with smiles and the client is happy to see them. Keep up the great work and thank you.

I received excellent service from several carers, all of whom were excellent. They responded to my needs, were warm, calm, friendly and so efficient, always ready to take on an unusual task. When the record 'lovely chat' I trust its recognised how important it is and that they are ready to share what's important to me and to give of themselves whatever they recognise of interest, I am very sorry to have moved away from the area.

I am happy with the care that my brother is getting they are regular as clockwork and efficient in their work, making him feel comfortable every day. There are two carers are very caring and have no problems with them.

LifeCarers provided efficient and friendly care to my father for over five years and were very flexible in meeting his requirements as his needs changed over time. As his care needs increased, especially as his sight and hearing deteriorated, LifeCarers always did their best to make sure that there was good continuity in the carers provided so that there was an understanding of the detailed requirements of his daily routines. The carers dealt with his deteriorating health with efficiency and sympathy up to the point that he had to be moved to residential care.

My other finds the team of LifeCarers Cherwell extremely kind and most helpful at all times, enabling her to live comfortably at home.

I got on particularly well with one carers, you could say we were friends and I looked forward to her coming and I was disappointed if she was necessarily absent.

All the staff are helpful and courteous and I have no complaints whatsoever.

They are extremely reliable and good at time keeping. If I have had any worries or questions there are ample people around (carers and office members) to help me out.

She has a small number of carers, so has come to know them all and is very comfortable and relaxed with them.

The managers keep us informed of any issues with my mother and ensure that the care is flexible, such as bringing her medication to a nearby lunch club on Mondays.

The carers from LifeCarers Cherwell have been coming to help my mother get up in the mornings for three years. All the carers have been friendly and warmly caring as well as professional and competent and Mum enjoyed their visits and became very fond of some of them. For the last week of her life, she was very weak and became completely bedridden and suddenly needed greatly increased care. While we were waiting for the NHS and take necessary arrangements, LifeCarers Cherwell pulled out the steps to help and managed to send a carer three times a day. Each visit involved cleaning Mum, changing pads and working with my sister or me to turn her and make her comfortable - not an easy job as my sister and I are untrained! They did this cheerfully and respectfully and each time left m mother comfortable and happy.

Satisfactory and flexible service.

Since leaving hospital care I have found the service extremely helpful in order for me to regain confidence to live independently with support from the care team. All of the carers have been polite, punctual and friendly. I look forward to chatting with them in the mornings. My daughters feel reassured and are very appreciative of the care support given knowing that I am safe and secure from the service.

I get on with all the carers, some are much better than others and it would be nice if I could have the same one. I do appreciate their help.
