Broomfield Care Home Care Services

I found all the staff, from those visiting to give the care to those working in the office, to be kind, efficient, supportive & caring. Changes that were needed, were put in place quickly and effectively. My friend was treated with a high level of dignity and he always looked forward to their visits. An emergency situation was dealt with promptly, which resulted in a good outcome, indicating to me that staff are well trained. I fully recommend Broomfield Care .

My overall impression of Broomfield Care is that they are a first class company, well led and with very good staff.

My mother absolutely loved all the care workers and looked forward to them visiting her. My sister and I really appreciated the care thay gave to mum on a daily basis. The communication was exemplary and they were always easy to be contacted when needed. Their care , skills knowledge and expertise shone. They made my mums last years comfortable and enjoyable. I cannot thank all the members of Broomfield enough for all the hard work they put into making my mums final years /days so happy. I thank you so much. Xx

Broomfield took amazing care of my mum. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Such a lovely team and you can see they care. The staff always came in with a smile and spoke to mum and asked about the family as well.

Broomfield came to the rescue again taking care of mum, they were our first choice after the outstanding service they gave dad when they cared for him until he passed peacefully at home thanks to their amazing care and dedication. Mum was needing care at home after a stay in hospital and they stepped in straight away to ensure she received the absolute best she could have had, the communication, care and all round professional service she received was second to none. As a family we can't say thanks enough for putting our minds at rest that mum was safe and well taken care of. We have used Broomfield Care for around 12 months, they have always been professional and provided a high quality if service. We would continue to use them but the client has now moved in to a Residential home following a short spell in hospital

I am always pleased to see my "Broomfield ladies" in the morning. They always arrive with a smile on their face and a cheery hello. They are gradually getting used to me and my different choices of breakfast. Their standard of hygiene and food management e.g, dating & covering food is very high.

The care & kindness over the years towards my brother has been exceptional. Particularly adding an extra visit to enable him to stay in his home of latter months when he became frailer. The carers understanding and acceptance of him and the living situation also outstanding. Thank you sooo much

Mum and Dad have now chosen to go into full-time care after several falls. I thank them for enabling Mum and Dad to stay in their home as long as they did.

I would hear lots of laughter while they were here, partly due to my partner's sense of humour which she kept to the end. This was all backed up by a good management team who also came to tend to her at times including the boss of the company. I shall always be grateful for everything that Broomfield did to help us through this most difficult time.

My father was cared for in his own home four times per day for more than a year with kindness from all the Broomfield Care Home Care Services staff. He enjoyed their visits and took an interest in their lives. This gave him an additional link to the outside world. As his life came to an end, the carers were very attentive, supporting both me, my brother and my father.

Extremely friendly and professional, commenced with an introduction both of company and staff members. My wife had NHS personnel attending to her from her release from hospital. After our checks and reviews/investigations we (me, the husband, and our daughter) selected Broomfield Care Home Care Services and held our breath. Would this company help in formulating a plan and be able to carry out all we required and expected them to undertake? The answer was a resounding yes, the staff (in our case, all ladies) were polite, sympathetic, friendly and highly professional. They discussed things with my wife but due to her illness, she may not always have understood. The ladies did manage at times to get my wife smiling and indeed laughing with their interrelationships, (no doubt part of their training to open up the relationship, show dignity and respond to patient problems and queries). Bloomfield achieved all of this. Thank you Bloomfield for helping us.

Excellent assessment process followed by excellent care and friendly staff. Flexible too in an emergency. Would use it again when needed. It takes time to deliver this kind of care and obviously has good management and vetting processes.

The carers were all very friendly and helpful. Mum enjoyed the visits and getting to know the individual carers. Problems were addressed and you felt listened to, accommodating individual needs. Trustworthy and reliable.

Broomfield was there in our time of need. This was all new to my dad having strangers in his home to help with mum. But everyone was so lovely and helpful that it was a smooth transition. Then when things needed stepping up they were there able to offer more help at appropriate times for us. They were always at the end of the phone to help and in person not only were the carers great with Mum, they were also great with us as a family and always on hand for a hug. I would not hesitate to use them again, I can’t thank them enough.

Mum really looked forward to the Broomfield staff visits and had some lovely chats with much laughter and happiness.
