I cannot fault the care that is given to my mother. Broomfield are excellent. All carers go the extra mile, taking time to get to know my mother and ensuring that she is happy. There is an exceptional level of care, with meticulous standards of hygiene. All staff wear masks and work hard to keep everything clean and tidy. I am particularly struck by the friendliness of the staff. I know there are several staff in particular who are absolutely amazing. My mother sees them all as friends rather than carers. We have been incredibly lucky to have Broomfield as carers. We couldn’t ask for better. Thank you.
Broomfield Care treated me with respect at all times. They were very friendly, caring, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave excellent advice regarding pressure sores and rashes. Always encouraging. They always responded by telephone to any queries we had but the attendance rota was not always emailed to us which meant on a couple of occasions we didn't realise the attendance time had changed. Overall we were delighted with the care provided.
Always acted in a professional manner. Attentive to my father's needs and made him feel valued. I was always contacted and informed of any concerns and his health and wellbeing were foremost in your minds.
After weeks of trying to manage and stay independent, my relative persuaded me to arrange some personal help. I used Broomfield 5 years ago after a stay in hospital and remembered how considerate and helpful the ladies were. Now I look forward to a weekly visit. I'm glad I rang them as nothing is too much trouble and we have nice chats and many laughs when they come. I would recommend them to anyone who needs personal care.
On most days, I had a different lady come. They were nice, very pleasant, and helpful, for the short period they were here.
My only negative comment would be, that it would have been more helpful if the schedule I was supplied with, showing the times they were to come each day, was actually the same as when the carer actually arrived and left.
I would use them again if it was necessary.
Not only do they attend to his considerable physical needs but the holistic care they offer is second to none. They nurture his emotional needs and have really got to know him and his requirements! He is always treated with respect and dignity which is very much appreciated by his 4 children.
He really looks forward to seeing each one of the carers.
This is important at all times as I live a long way away, but it has been particularly vital during the pandemic when other visiting for Dad has been so limited.
Everyone at Broomfield is fantastic - including the admin team who organise the rota and are always very responsive when we have a query.
Thank you Broomfield Care Home Care.
The management staff are incredibly helpful and will always try their best to accommodate any changes. We have complete peace of mind with Broomfield Care Home Care.
All of the carers are lovely with my parents. As well as the care they provide my dad, they are also lovely company for Mum and Dad. The staff in the office are always very responsive and supportive. I would happily recommend to others.
I have been receiving care from Broomfield for over 6 years and I would certainly recommend the company. The manager is caring, hands-on and passionate about the care the company provides. These qualities are reflected in her staff and carers who are competent, caring, helpful and friendly.
Very impressed with the service in all regards. Very caring and professional. Mum was very apprehensive about the idea of home care beforehand, but instantly took to it and looked forward to their visits.
My mother in law was not keen to accept care or had any experience of help. The carers worked with her and helped as appropriate and there grew a mutual respect and appreciation. She never would have managed at home without their care and dedication to her needs.
I have used Broomfield Care for my Mum for over two years now and the care she received has been excellent. Even when her needs changed and I asked for more care, they did their very best to accommodate us as soon as they could, always keeping me informed and updated. I felt staff went above and beyond as they also supported me emotionally on many occasions. I can't speak more highly enough of Broomfield Care. Excellent service.
Cheerful, kind, thoughtful, caring staff - exactly what you hope they will be.
The level of care provided by the staff was very good. I was surprised to learn that Broomfield Care continued to charge fees for 14 days after my father's death. A "14 days notice" was included in the contract, but I thought that in the event of death, this would not (or should not) apply. I cannot understand the justification for this. The matter has now been resolved.
I appreciate the friendliness, care and professionalism of all the staff who came to me.
Broomfield Care Home have bee brilliant in supporting me in caring for my mother. I work and study and have children with special needs and so the respite their visits provide me with is immeasurable. Late notice additional care and changes in visit times have also been organised without fuss. I would not be able to do what I do without them.
Broomfield Care Services provided a very professional and caring service. We had absolute confidence in them from the beginning. All the staff were kind, caring and considerate and treated my father with dignity at all times. They often asked how Mum and me were, treating the whole family so thoughtfully. They were there supporting us during a sad time of my father's failing health and passing.
The staff are friendly and helpful and attend punctually.
I am very satisfied with my carer. I find her most helpful and willing to undertake any reasonable request for help. She has become not only a carer but a very good friend. I feel very fortunate to have someone so attentive to my needs.
I was so impressed with the care Mum received from this company, they went above and beyond the call of duty, I would recommend them to anyone looking for carers for their loved ones and would definitely use their services again if needed.

Meet the Team (7)
Vicky Hall, the owner of Broomfield Care, has over 20 years of experience at the sharp end of care. She has provided care and support in a variety of different roles, from working with vulnerable adults and children in care to working in care homes for the elderly and for people with learning disabilities.
Vicky established Broomfield Care at the beginning of 2008. Shortly before this her Grandmother had become older and needed additional support. However, when Vicky tried to organise home care for her, she couldn’t find a company that matched up to her high expectations of quality care, delivered by dedicated and committed staff.
Vicky then decided to set up her own business providing care for others at the level she believed everyone was entitled to. She named the company after the hamlet her Grandmother had lived in, Broomfield in Kent.
At Broomfield Care, Vicky is supported by a hand-picked team of dedicated, committed and highly-skilled professionals.
Charlotte joined the team as Deputy Manager in September 2021, and immediately loved the welcoming spirit of the team. Since then, Charlotte has been promoted to Care Manager, in 2023.

She enjoys the variety of people she interacts with on a day-to-day basis, making everyday very different! She is especially proud of the level of care we provide, promoting person-centred care and independence within ones home.
I now work full time for Broomfield Care where I can use my experience and training.
