I am very satisfied with my carer. I find her most helpful and willing to undertake any reasonable request for help. She has become not only a carer but a very good friend. I feel very fortunate to have someone so attentive to my needs.

I was so impressed with the care Mum received from this company, they went above and beyond the call of duty, I would recommend them to anyone looking for carers for their loved ones and would definitely use their services again if needed.

All staff are very good. Obviously, some are very special but no duff ones.

All carers are very respectful and focus on Mum. She is now very fond of some of them. I am looking to increase the hours and undoubtedly I will want Broomfield to help. The office team are always very helpful and understanding at difficult times too.

The staff were flexible, happy to do whatever needed doing on each visit. They were good at handling dad, both physically and psychologically.

My elderly Aunt, who lived in Shurdington, was very independent. She loved her home in which she had lived for about 40 years. She had had a healthy life, but at the age of 92, she started to decline rapidly, and could no longer look after herself. She was determined to stay in her own home. I discovered Broomfield on this website and talked to the Care Manager - an excellent decision. Broomfield put in place a care plan, and we adjusted this as my Aunts needs grew steadily greater.

The Broomfield carers were superb - friendly, supportive, efficient, thoughtful, reliable, and supremely professional. They communicated exceptionally well with my Aunt who grew very fond of them, with the NHS staff involved, and with me as Next of Kin. They were with her at her very end, and I am eternally grateful to them.

My only regret is that my Aunt and I didn’t talk to Broomfield a couple of years before her decline set in. I’m sure she would have benefited hugely from their service.

The staff at Broomfield Care Home Care Services help me to keep my independence. I have always received friendly, professional and helpful service from the staff. They always arrive with a cheery greeting and nothing is too much trouble for them to undertake. All the staff including those I have spoken to on the phone are the most helpful, polite patient, caring and responsive to varying situations. I am always treated with respect and I look forward to their visits.

I have always found the girls friendly and caring but not very good at making the bed.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. They are willing to help and ask you if you need anything.

Broomfield Care is a fantastic, small, friendly local company. The staff are second to none and I have never had any cause for complaint. They have supported my parents in their home as well as me in mine, and I have recommended them to several friends.

The care received from Broomfield Care was top quality in terms of professionalism, level of care, timeliness. Respect for both my aunt and us. Nothing was too much trouble and they allowed us to take time out knowing she would be safe in their hands. They would always try to accommodate us when we could only give short notice.
