I would not be able to cope without their help, this is the best agency I have used. I would never leave candlelight care. The office staff are very good too.
Thank you for your kind words. We will share this with your core team.
Consistency is very important, both for the client and the carer and I hope that we can continue with 07:45-08:30 in the morning and 19:30-19:00, approximately, in the evenings, mornings are critical.
Keep up the good work!
Thank you for your kind words. We know and understand that continuing care (consistency) plays a huge part in our quality of care.
Candlelight Care team have been supporting my brother to live independently in his own home since losing both of our parents. He always enjoys the company and support he receives, helping him with personal care needs, meal prep and reassurance. He has learning difficulties and cerebral palsy and their care helps make it possible to lead and develop his independence. The office team are always helpful and notify family if there are staff shortages, time changes or my brother's not well.
Thank you for the lovely compliment about your brother's core team and the office staff.
Always a very good, prompt and cheerful service.
Thank you for your kind words, we have shared them with your core team.
I have had Candlelight Care for about six months. So far, the "girls and boys" have been very good and I am very happy with them. My wife says they always ask if there is anything they can do before going if there is time left. Perhaps the office could let the carers who have not been before know that they just walk (open) the gate in the wall to get to our yellow front door. Thank you.
Thank you for your kind words, we have shared these with the core team.
Candlelight Care provides domestic services for me e.g. ironing, sewing, bed-changing, food preparation.
Thank you for leaving this review, we really appreciate you taking the time.
I have been helped by Candlelight Care for a long time and I could not have coped without them. Their help is still essential for me, however, I know that they have had problems for several months due to illness and recruitment so the remaining carers need to work even harder than before. some of them cope well with this but it is very hard, demanding work so some of them have to go off sick adding to the Covid cases. It is not the same as it used to be.
Thank you for your truthful review - yes Covid certainly put a strain on our staff and our services.
Candlelight Care offers a very friendly, dignified service. I feel very supported by their professional care.
Thank you for your kind words, describing us as friendly and dignified which is what all our care staff are.
My mother has had care from Candlelight Care since 2015. Overall, she and I have been very satisfied with the care she has received. The carers are genuinely caring, thoughtful and helpful. In general, visits are on time, mostly in our preferred window of time. There are regular reviews of my mother's needs. So, in summary, it has been a good experience.
Thank you for taking the trouble of leaving us a review, much appreciated.
The nurses are very kind and good.
Your carers are so friendly and helpful. They make our beds once a week. Do the washing up from time to time and take letters to post.
Thank you for those kind words, we have shared the content with your wife's core team.
Very please and happy with Candlelight Care.

I have been very pleased with the service from both my main carer and the staff which have stood in on days off or annual holiday. They all know what my requirements are.
During the years I have had Candlelight Care services I have been very satisfied as the management is helpful and the carers excellent. At all times my well-being has come first.
Thank you for your kind words about your core team and the service we provide. We have shared this with the team in Avonpark.
Generally a good, caring staff group but sometimes not good at detail, good at confidentiality. Always bright and cheerful and quick to notice changes in skin integrity. All in all, a good team.
Thank you for leaving this review. We acknowledge that we don't always get it right, but leaving 5-stars for the staff means to us that you were more than happy with the staff that visited you. We will share the compliment with your core team.
Very good caring attention and backup support from administration.

All carers are very good.
Thank you for leaving this review about the services we provide. I have today shared it with your core team who visit you.
I have been very happy with the care given to my Mum. My only issue was the time slots from morning to lunch were very short gaps at times. Mum is very happy with her carers and they are very pleasant and helpful to her needs.
Thank you for submitting this review. I understand from the registered manager that the time slots from morning to lunch, have now been corrected for your mum. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
