I am a new client, so it's been difficult to get a regular carer at 8a.m., the time I requested, so 6 different ones have come, but they are all very efficient and interesting ladies. I love having each of them to help me.

All staff at Candlelight Care were fantastic. All provided excellent care and support for my momther and us the family. My mother looked forward to their visits. Candlelight encouraged my mother to become active where possible.

All of the ladies that came were very good, patient, kind and were always checking to see if there was anything else that I needed doing. Nice meeting them all and I was glad of them helping me when I came out of hospital.

Needed some help for my parents after they had both been in respite care and wished to come back to their own home. They have carers in three times a day and so far so good. We have met a few of the carers and they seem very pleasant, polite and genuinely interested in the welfare of my parents. The
help with meal preparation and overseeing and checking medication has given us real peace of mind.
As it's early days we've had to contact the office to inform them of additional needs and a few other things that have changed and someone is always available and the information is quickly shared with the relevant carers. The app is great, we can check in daily and see how each visit has gone. And when the carer on duty is concerned about anything the office is notified and they let us know as soon as possible.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Only thing was sometimes long wait in the mornings, and not sure what time to expect people to come in. Was a big help for me when I came out of hospital to have this help. Thank you.

My dad has been extremely happy with the service provided. He likes the fact he gets a rota and knows time and names of the carers coming. They are all bright and happy and make his day. He loves to have a chat and hear about their lives and families.

As a family we have no complaints. Mother in Law seems quite happy with the caregiver.
It has given us some peace of mind knowing that she is safe and secure for the night.

From day 1, my father was in the best possible hands. All the carers were brilliant, caring, nurturing and most helpful. My father could not wish for better care and support. Nothing was too much for the carers to do and assist my father in every possible way. When he was admitted to the hospital, he
kept asking to go home because 'my carers can look after me better'. Those are his own words. We (the whole family) can not thank you enough for the support and love he received. THANK YOU.

The attitude and quality of the service continues to be of a good standard in the large majority of cases. The carers are well dressed and generally have a cheerful manner. They seem patient with my wife's difficulties and limitations, tackling new problems in their stride. The care plan is generally
adhered to, any issues arising are discussed during the six monthly review, the plan being adjusted where necessary.

Staff always polite and cheerful. They come when they told me they would. They fed my husband, meals I prepared, again cheerfully & encouraging him to eat. They always treated him with respect, encouraged him to try to help himself - turn over - stand up using the Mackworth - attempting to climb.

All caregivers that my mother met were wonderful, she had nothing but good things to say. The caregivers I met were kind and helpful and helped us through the tricky first week or two after my mother was discharged from hospital.

I have found all the carers to be cheerful, helpful and courteous. Some go above and beyond what is required, and some carers see what is needed without being told. Many of the carers are very encouraging and let you know if you have made good progress. They try to get you to think positively.

Excellent care ,kind caring caregivers.
Always double check with a family member if they are concerned,absolutely no complaints.
My parents are treated with respect and dignity, allowing myself and my sister to step back from caring and enjoy quality social time with our parents.

The staff at Candlelight Care have provided care and companionship to my elderly mother for several years; as I live in the north of England they kept me up to date with anything that I should be aware of such as medication and my mother's wellbeing. The carers themselves are so caring and friendly
often going the extra mile to help my mother. The office staff who I dealt most with are lovely, they love what they do often in difficult circumstances. I thoroughly recommend Candlelight Wimborne to any relative of an elderly person who requires home care.
