The majority of the carers are kind and helpful and treat my father with respect. They were particularly kind when my father was taken ill and waited until the ambulance arrived. The office staff are very efficient and always do their best to support my queries and requests.

The Carers we have had have been friendly, efficient, thoughtful and helpful. Where could there be improvements? Some of the carers would benefit from some cooking guidance and some in providing more stimulation/conversation.

I have very experienced team of carers who are very helpful in providing the care I require. They are all very cheerful and aware of my needs t the same time as supporting my independence. Their time keeping is excellent and they all have a cheerful and happy demeanour when they visit. I have no complaints about the care and support from the office team.

My father Robert was looked after by Candlelight Care for over 6 months whilst he was coping with terminal cancer. The Candlelight Care team go above and beyond. Vocational carers who were consistent and positive every day whilst undertaking their work. Our wonderful carer. What can I say? She is now a part of our family, we love her. She has cared for our mum in an amazing way when we couldn't be there. She has given up her breaks to be there and continue caring. She goes beyond what we ever expected and always on the end of the phone. We did not expect this amazing care. Thank you so much.

All carers are very conscientious, dedicated and I am sure they would 'go the extra mile' if the need arose. They all seem to enjoy their tasks and handle their resposibiities willingly and with a smile. I look forward to their visits and I think this comment indicates that they are happy to be handling their valuable role.

Ive found Candlelight to be very good always trying to find the right carer for the client which is not an easy job so many things to consider.Its been over a year with Candlelight and they've always done their best to make things right and if there are any problems you can contact someone very quickly to try and put things right.

Candlelight have been caring for my brother one way or another for over 20 years now and some of the carers have gone well beyond their expected roles to help and support him over the years as his needs have changed and have become more demanding. The staff have always been friendly and supportive towards my brother.

Candlelight Care took exceptional care of my wife who had dementia and passed away a year ago. Every single carer was well trained and utterly dedicated to their task. Each of them was remarkably empathetic, willing to listen carefully, and problem solve in difficult situations where necessary. Often they acted as a friend/mentor rather than as a functional carer. Although not requiring medical related help myself, I have continued to use Candlelight for maintenance purposes. Again they have been exemplary, cheerful, fastidious, and well-informed on the tasks on-hand. They are an absolute credit to the organization and as the market-facing part of the company need to be rewarded and reinforced continuously by headquarters

I can only express my appreciation and admiration to all carers and staff at Candlelight Care. They have given us the ability to keep mum in her own home where she feels safe and happy. She classes all of her carers as friends and looks forward to seeing them every day. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and although we make several requests of the office staff, our requests have been dealt with in an instant. I have nothing but praise for this company and all of their staff and would recommend them extremely highly.

May has been quite a dramatic experience for both my wife and myself with both of us being in hospital at the same time. This combined with other factors including my wife's operation has been very stressful. Throughout all this time Candlelight has been my support and backup and has never failed to adjust timetables etc and gone that extra distance to help. Some Carers have volunteered to come in early when clinical appointmens needed to be fulfilled which again is above and beyond expectations. I cannot thank you enough Candlelight, to have you behind me is a comfort and a major help.

Candlelight visit my aunt every lunchtime to give her a hot meal and help with any jobs around the house. The carers are always within their time slot, helpful, kind willing to help in any way needed and always have time to talk with my aunt.

Nice carers the three I've had have been friendly and cheerful. They are not carers as such but keep my home in some semblance order and clean. They very rarely arrive on time but knuckle and get on with the job

My dad always looks forward to their visits and has had no complaints about the service provided.
