The carers have built a happy relationship with my friend, who seems more content than previously. I am pleased with her overall care.
Mum is very happy with her carers and with Caremark in general. She looks forward to any social events that can be arranged.
The carer is extremely patient, caring and loving. She takes time to understand my mum and give her the attention and care she needs including washing, cleaning, cooking and getting involved with family events outside her duties.

My mum was with Caremark for almost 7 years. She died during Covid-19 so I've only just got around do doing this review. She died from terminal cancer. She was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Her carers were more like friends and they all took great care of her, they brought up her confidence and put a smile on her face daily. Meet the Team (7)
Girish is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has over 30 years of experience in the accounting profession, running his own accountancy practice before starting up Caremark in Harrow with Varsha. Girish oversees Corporate Governance, Business Strategy, Compliance and Finance.
Varsha's background before starting up Caremark Harrow is in sales and recruitment. Prior to setting up Caremark Harrow with Girish, she worked for over 10 years in sales in the Pharmaceutical industry. Varsha oversees Operations, Marketing and Training and is the Registered Care Manager.
Ann joined Caremark from another care provider in 2013 as a Field Care Supervisor, a position she has fulfilled excellently in two different care companies before joining Caremark. Ann has a wealth of education and knowledge in operational duties in social care, care plan formulation, ergonomics and biomechanics and compliance with a person-centred approach. She possesses a great empathetic understanding of others and is also a qualified therapeutic counsellor, working on a placement for a local charity to support others. After working with Caremark Harrow for many years as a Field Care Supervisor and then a Business Development Officer, Ann took on the role of Care Manager in 2022.
Bhavna has many years of experience in the care industry. She started her career as a care assistant for the NHS before joining another local care provider as a Field Care Supervisor. Bhavna later changed her role in that company to a Care Coordinator. She has a true passion for working with the elderly.
Bhupesh joined us in 2017 as a Care Coordinator to cover a gap in that role as a result of Maternity Leave. He has a strong background in sales management and customer service. He has many years of experience in delivering great customer service. He is now supporting Varsha and Girish in focusing on Marketing Recruitment and Training.
Saliha has worked in the care industry as a care assistant for many years with Caremark Harrow and with another company previously. Her dedication and commitment to caring for customers earned her the natural progression into becoming a Field Care Supervisor
Uma joined us as a care assistant many years ago and her ongoing dedication and commitment to caring for her customers has earned her the natural promotion to Field Care Supervisor.
