Caremark have been providing twice daily visits to my father. The staff have been wonderful, very caring and attentive and some have gone over and above what is expected of them.

Care has been good on all levels and exceptional in some areas. Some carers going beyond the expected. The basics are all covered as required, but the small extras mean a lot to relieve me and my husband who are not young ourselves but gives peace of mind.

Very satisfied with the help I am given from the carers who visit me. They always enter my home with a smile and a cheerful word. My carers have always done whatever I have asked of them and always mostly willingly. If they see I have a problem, they step in and assist or take over. With regard to personal care, the ladies are most respectful. My carers enjoy their work and work and help most willingly and happily. I always look forward to seeing them and they bring some joy into my life. My carers - there are 2 who come every week and another, when a regular carer is on holiday, are caring ladies. I am most grateful for the help I am given and for the loving way the help is given. Thank you.

I can't remember when I first became a client. I think it was 2013. I have always been pleased with the service I received. It took a while on both sides to get into a regular pattern. The first carer I had was great, but unfortunately for me, she moved on. I now have a carer I refer to more as a friend and look forward to her coming.

Caremark has provided an excellent care and support service to my close relative over the last six months, initial assistance from their lead manager in a crisis was extremely helpful, supportive and quick, appreciating the circumstances, explaining their services and working constructively to fit around other health support services initially.

Since then Caremark has provided weekly services for my close relative including assistance with visits and domestic tasks around the home. Their regular staff are supportive, diligent, caring and always raise any particular issues when regular staff are on holiday, substitutes are well briefed and prepared and provide the same standard of support.

I can regularly review the file in my relatives home and Caremark has also made independent visits to check their own services.

I've been a client of Caremark for some time now and as an independent person with disabilities, I found it hard to ask for help. It wasn't easy having others come into my home to help take care of my personal needs. It was one of the hardest decisions I've ever made and I'm very happy I did. The carers treated me and still treats me with great care, respect and dignity. It's the carers that represent and breathe life into the company. The carers put me at ease right away. It's like having friends come over to lead a helping hand. I am very happy with Caremark. If there are any questions or concerns, the carers and office staff are happy to address any concerns and reply to any inquiries with great care. Thank you to all my carers and everyone in the office who help make my life so much better. God bless you.

My mother receives excellent care from the staff who assist her, they are kind considerate, and professional and attend to the needs of my mum with dignity and respect. I know she looks forward to the staff coming to her home and without their care she would not be able to carry on living in her own home. I hope this service maintains the excellent care she receives she has built up firm friendships with the staff and is appreciative of the care she gets.

Caremark took me on after a longer than anticipated stay in hospital, from June 2015 onwards and continuing.
At first, I was very unsure about allowing someone, a stranger, into my home on a daily basis. I thought that it wasn't going to work at all. I couldn't have been more wrong. All the regular carers that I have had have been courteous and will do anything that you ask them to, within reason of course. Very friendly and willing to help or stay in the background if you wish.

They are very good at what they do and always ask if there is anything else they can do for you before they leave.

10/10 from me.

Overall Experience

My husband, a service user of Caremark (Redcar & Cleveland), sadly died in November 2015. We had always been satisfied with the Care provision of Caremark, and the caring and compassionate attitude of carers, as his health deteriorated. Following his death, I have continued to need ongoing assistance with household tasks, and an element of emotional support. As we had been so satisfied with the input of Caremark, and particularly the visiting carers, since June 2012, I requested that they continue their involvement with myself. I am more than happy with their assistance and support, which has continued on a weekly basis since November 2015, and have no plans to make any changes.

Thank you, Caremark for your help and understanding at this very difficult time in my life.
