What a bad company this is. Me, my brother and mother have carers from this company. Over the years we have been with them, the amount of complaints we have put in with them. Here are just a few: Leaving mother's bedding with poo on it for her to sleep in. Some carers unable to cook a meal. One
carer did a full bag of potatoes just for 1 person, she admitted she has not done it before. When the carer comes in a morning, she comes to me first, then mother, yesterday when she came in the morning, i was feeling very unwell, I was waiting for a doctor to telephone me up, and was sleepy in my chair. Not once did the carer speak to me, ask how I was. My brother had to make me a cup of tea, when she left, I looked at her report, she said I was playing games, what a lie, this is just some of the complaints. AVOID AT ALL COST.

In fact, our office have completed monthly feedback reviews with you and each feedback has been positive, including compliments for the care provided. During each feedback review we ask if you are happy with the support provided, if you feel your needs are being met and if there is anything you feel Cherish can improve on. During each review you have fed back that you are happy, all your needs are being met and you do not feel that Cherish can improve. I have spoken to the manager that is responsible for yours, and your families care and asked her to again reach out to you and discuss any concerns you may have.

I am very happy with Cherish UK ,there work and people and I can always ask for more help if I need it .
They are always on time and will even cook for me if requested the cleaning is what I ask for ,like I said before I can always ask for more specific help if I need it

i would like to say how very pleased i am at the standard of care my mother receives from the fleet-wood branch of cherish home care.
i have found the carers nothing but helpful caring and attentive to my mother. they communicate really well with me in regards to any concerns they have . They are
able to be assertive and a act in a empathetic manner towards my mother. i have found the office staff really helpful and again really pro active in regards to speaking with carers and informing any changes .
we are really really happy and wish to inform and thank all the carers that are looking after my mother

Cherish office staff are rude, not organized, don't care about their clients, and send carers with very little training, I've had it all from a teenager sitting on the floor with his legs crossed sucking his thumb not knowing what to do, being given breakfast in a mixing bowl, a carer not knowing how
to warm milk up in a microwave, even though they are supposed to remind me of medication this very rarely happened, in the 2 years I have been with the company, never have they done staff appraisals, or even asked how the staff are doing, we used to get the same regular carers at one point, but now its anyone and some speak very little English, stay away from this company for your own sanity.

Have been let down by my care company, my carer said that she had 30 mins either side of the time I was given on the rota for 7 am, she turned up at 7:30 and said she had 30 mins. All the carers I have had 10 mins travelling time but she said 30 mins. I had a doctor's appointment at 7:55 so I just put
some clothes on, no breakfast or drink, and management was on her side.

We had the pleasure of some wonderful carers from Cherish UK who assisted me and my wife after she fell and ended up in hospital. They were here to help her but they helped me too. Nothing was too much trouble. Courteous, kind, wonderful. Their schedules varied but the care was always excellent. I am
just sorry we only got them for a short time and if we needed care in the future I would not hesitate to call them.

My family member was cared for by Cherish UK Ltd this summer. It was a difficult situation, with lots of health issues and advanced dementia, we were struggling to cope until the wonderful carers at Cherish came in to help us. They were so well trained, friendly, flexible, and they supported us as well
as our mum. I honestly can't thank them enough and I recommend them to everyone.
