Home Instead Senior Care is a fine company with great staff.
Home Instead have strived to find replacements when this happens. Mum and Dad's weekend carers are generally good but don't give quite the same level of care. Home Instead communicate well with me as needed and provide me with a timetable. I have generally been very satisfied with their service.
Mum and Dad found it hard to keep on top of general housekeeping in their flat because of mobility issues. Home Instead Senior Care provide a carer/cleaner for 2 hourly sessions per week. The carer is invariably helpful and cheerful and has become as much a friend as a helper. They look forward to the visits as a social event. I have been very pleased with the help and care shown to my parents.

- Carer always punctual, always stays full time supposed to if not longer.
- Carer treats mom with dignity and respect.
- She is very friendly and caring and has got to know mom well.
Mom has severe dementia so this is really good as her carer can interpret moms requests and guide her to a better place mentally when distressed.
I have great peace of mind on days the carer visits as I know mom will be well looked after.

Lisa has worked for Home Instead for 5 years and is our Care Manager. She works closely with our dedicated Care Professionals as well as ensuring our amazing clients are supported with the utmost professionalism, quality and relationship-led care.
She enjoys the variety of her role, building strong relationships with Care Professionals and clients alike.
As Owner/Managing Director of Home Instead Sutton Coldfield, Aman takes pleasure in making a tangible difference in people’s lives.
Our wonderful Care Professionals and office staff bring great joy to our clients and their family members, for which he is sincerely thankful.
Elle started her career as a senior carer in a nursing home, supporting people with Dementia. Having joined Home Instead as a Field Care Supervisor, she is now a Care Coordinator, ensuring carers' schedules are efficient and effective according to our clients' requirements.
She is passionate about her work and admires the values and beliefs Home Instead are known for.
Teresa is a Field Care Supervisor and has worked for Home Instead for 9 years.
She enjoys the diversity of the role and lives by the belief that “You’re at work for a large proportion of your life, therefore for a great work-life balance, it’s imperative you love what you do”.
Having previously appeared on The Apprentice and being awarded the British Empire Medal for his charitable efforts during the COVID period, Harry engages with and supports all our person-centred and passionate Care Professionals to deliver the highest standard of care to clients.
Harry also does a wonderful job of building strong relationships with organisations in the local community, ensuring individuals receive an all-encompassing service.
