We feel reassured to have the help and support of Home Instead (Ealing & Hounslow). The care we receive enables us to pursue out activities.

Having worked with this group of staff to do the best we can for my friend and their client, I have always found them responsive to problems, caring and flexible about how care is provided. I have always been able to talk to someone about the person they were caring for and are always working together to do the best for her. I am happy to endorse their work.

I have just employed Home Instead both for myself as client and for my late wife for several years and have been well served in every respect.

I am very grateful for the care which Home Instead Ealing have provided for my father. He has gradually needed more help, and Home Instead have shown great flexibility in extending the amount of care he receives. The current live-in carer combines sensitivity and interest in my father as a person with a thoroughly professional approach. I appreciate that he encourages my father to do as much as possible for himself, to remain as independent as he can. The office staff are also unfailingly communicative and helpful: I have the feeling that we are working together to look after my father, and I am relieved to feel that he is in such good hands.

We were all so impressed with the whole team at Home Instead Ealing. The gentle, considerate approach of everyone we met made us all feel very well cared for. The owner and his staff took an enormous amount of care, trouble and time to find out all about Dad, and his physical needs as well as getting a detailed sense of his personality, which meant a lot to us all. Our carer was gentle and kind as well as helpful and capable. We are very grateful for your help at a very difficult time for us.

We were in great difficulty when the lockdown started as we were shielding but at that stage not officially registered as extremely vulnerable so getting shopping was impossible. We had just moved to the area so had no friends to help us either. We contacted Home Instead who were very busy but agreed to help us with shopping. They have been absolutely marvellous, always very kind and helpful and extremely efficient. We can't praise them enough. We haven't other needs at present but when we do have, we will have no hesitation in asking for help from this excellent organisation.

I have been extremely satisfied with the companionship provided. The caregiver is very good and I enjoy her company. I would recommend Home Instead to others.

Home Instead provided consistently excellent carers for my mother, who were always kind, caring and very professional. Mum looked forward to seeing them every week and I was happy knowing she was well looked after.

My carer comes for one hour every morning and is very good at his job. He is caring, polite, trustworthy and honest. We just take each day as it comes, especially during the lockdown period. That's all I have to say.

I have used Home Instead for the past ten years but in the past four months they have delivered very safe, reliable and secure services, prior to the current pandemic they performed extremely excellent but the home surpassed it throughout the crisis, especially the two regular carers who have looked after me throughout.

Home Instead Senior Care provided a great service to my mother. I am so grateful for what they offer in terms of outreach support. The caregivers really treat Mum so well; they are like an extended family. I'm really happy with the service, and I know that Mum is safe and well cared for. The staff in the office are polite and really helpful. They have supported me during difficult times and really seem to work with the family.

My mother found all her carers very helpful and understanding. She now has a permanent carer who she has a good connection with and they got along very well. The carer is a great cook and always makes sure my mother is OK before she leaves her. We also find the office staff very helpful too.

Home Instead has made a difference to mum and me, as a two-person family. The care and support they provide means, we feel mum is looked after and we are never isolated or alone. The staff are professional at all times and their love of caring for others shines through. We would recommend Home Instead to everyone - and we do!
