My father is able to maintain a fairly independent life, with the help of the carers. He enjoys walks in the park and attending the Salvation Army afternoon, which he can do with the help of the carers.
Independence of our clients is important to us, and if they can continue to do things they enjoy like going to the Salvation Army, then we know we are making a difference.
The office staff are very helpful and do all they can to resolve any problems and all the carers are really great with Dad and are very happy when I see them.
Thank you for your kind words. Yes, it's been a challenging time since the death of your mum, but together with continuous communication with yourself, your dad has continued to live at home, with the regular CAREGivers visiting each day/night.

The Registered Care Manager has over 12 years of experience working in Health and Social Care. Paschalina has achieved Train the Trainer Qualifications in the following disciplines: Dementia Care, Parkinson’s Care, Asthma and COPD, Compression Stockings, End of Life Care, Catheter and Stoma Care. Paschalina is passionate about delivering person-centred care for individuals who live at home.
