Wonderful staff who are attentive, helpful and communicate so well with me and my family. They are so lovely and supportive. I feel happy and lucky to have these wonderful people in my daily life and the office staff and Managers are incredible. Thank you all.

I have been very happy with the team of Carers and the management from Home Instead. They have been very professional and very caring in supporting my mother. In fact, my mother enjoyed and looked forward to their visits, all the staff were very kind.

The first time I used Home Instead, it was very short notice but they didn't let me down and the Carers provided were lovely. I am very grateful for their support and would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead to others.

Overall Experience
The Home Instead care team have been looking after my husband for a couple of months, due to a deterioration in a long-term illness. The friendly team have been really caring and helpful and he has enjoyed chatting with them.

During this time he has got to know them and it has been good to have continuity of care with the same team. The quality of care has been excellent and they have been very helpful to me.

I used Home Instead Senior Care Wirral to care for my mother for almost two years and they were excellent. I recommend them without hesitation or reservation. They are genuinely kind and compassionate people who care about the elderly.

My mum adored the ladies who looked after her from Home Instead and used to look forward to their visits. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our family shall always remain grateful to them.

Rebecca began her career with Home Instead as a Care Professional in Wetherby in 2012, after graduating from University. Since then she has developed her knowledge, skills and experience across all aspects of the business, working at a number of Home Instead franchises, before arriving at our Chester office as General Manager in 2022.

Rebecca is now Group General Manager for our enterprise group, comprising Home Instead Wirral, Home Instead Chester and Home Instead Liverpool South.
