The carer is always cheerful and chatty. Excellent timekeeping. Willing and competent.

I found the staff and carers very friendly and helpful, punctual and very patient when the patient was uncooperative.

I want to thank the staff at Home Instead for all their wonderful care and attention to my Mum's needs. We became very attached to many of the carers. They were so kind and considerate, remembering Mum's likes and dislikes, and personal details about her. They took pride in their work and showed love and compassion, sincerity and integrity. I would also like to say an enormous thank you to one particular lady in the office, who was always so understanding and accommodating! Thank you all! I highly recommend this care company.

Home Instead provide safe care for my mother. This enables Mum to stay in her own home. The family have peace of mind, and we know, we would be contacted immediately if Mum had a problem. The girls are more like friends now, they are respectful and treat Mum with dignity, but can also have a good laugh with her. We would be lost without them.

Staff are always friendly, caring and very professional. They are sensitive to situations and display a willingness to undertake whatever tasks are necessary and are prepared to "go the extra mile" to accommodate my needs.

Your staff cared for my late wife over the last fortnight of her life. They cared for her superbly and took a great deal of strain from me. They helped with shopping and offered to do more should I have needed it. They are a wonderful group of carers, a pleasure to welcome into a home at a difficult time. Outstanding!

Carers are excellent, caring and very supportive. Very responsive and treat my grandad with dignity and respect and patience due to dementia and they are like family.

My mother has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. My father has short term memory loss. The key challenge has been to keep them both safe, happy and comfortable together in their own home. It is made more difficult because I am the only child and I live in Belgium. The Home Instead team have been superb throughout. The care package provided has helped achieve our aims. My parents are happy. Their care team are friends and I can recommend without reservation the support we have received.

We needed assistance after I came out of the hospital in January 2019. I still have to wear slippers (swollen legs and feet) and am not back to driving, so we are glad to have our shopping done weekly and other help (whatever is needed). The care workers are all excellent and we are glad to have their assistance.

The carers who come every day to get my wife up are extremely efficient, both practically and also in helping to feel emotionally able to enjoy the coming day. Any minor problems are always very quickly sorted out!

With the odd exception, Home Instead care was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who has a loved one that wanted to stay in their home environment. A first class reliable service.

Everything about Home Instead is excellent. It is run very professionally by the people in the office on the end of the phone to the Carers themselves. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and they go the extra mile to sort out problems, often at short notice. Everyone has been kind and friendly and polite. I feel so thankful that I found Home Instead, they provide a tailor-made product.

The girls have always done whatever I have asked them to do with great satisfaction. To date, I have not required them to help me with any personal assistance, either medically or otherwise.
