One male carer was excellent, always willing to clear up the kitchen and noticed he did things that needed doing!
One female didn't notice things that needed doing and constantly had to be asked to help out. There are too many different carers.

Home Instead was recommended to us by our niece. Although it's early days yet, so far we have been very pleased. At the moment we just have companionship care but it's comforting to know that when our needs increase they can be accommodated by nice, well-trained care staff.

With most of our family living away from the Wirral, I need to cancel the care regularly, when they're over to see Mother, which is unfortunate, as care given is great.
Only negative has been occasional calls/when been cancellations still coming, which could be disruptive.

Meet the Team (3)
Rebecca began her career with Home Instead as a Care Professional in Wetherby in 2012, after graduating from University. Since then she has developed her knowledge, skills and experience across all aspects of the business, working at a number of Home Instead franchises, before arriving at our Chester office as General Manager in 2022.
Rebecca is now Group General Manager for our enterprise group, comprising Home Instead Wirral, Home Instead Chester and Home Instead Liverpool South.
Mary has also worked for Home Instead for 15 years. If you live in South Wirral she will also ensure you get the premium service you deserve.
Nicci joined Home Instead in 2015 as a Care Professional and hasn’t looked back since. She has progressed through several key roles and today she leads the operations team in our West Kirby office
