I found this experience very rewarding, with the help of carers for my mum, nothing is a problem. Having this service takes the guilt and pressure off with knowing I'm not on my own.

Our carer provides a good level of support every week and is reliable and helpful. She mostly does domestic duties whilst she is here and helps with drinks and lunch. The care provider currently only stays for two hours and that is all we need at present.

Home Instead (Chester) provided excellent care to my mother after she injured her hip. The care professionals were very reliable, helpful and caring and came to be regarded as friends. When Mum's health deteriorated, the head office staff made every effort to ensure she had enough support and were in
regular contact with health professionals with regard to her medical care. I would definitely recommend it.

Since Home Instead has been looking after my wife, they have always shown a very professional level of care towards her needs and wishes. The carers assigned to my wife over the years have become good friends who she looks forward to seeing each visit. Excellent skills and exemplary performances.

My mum has been receiving care from Home Instead since 2109, with the number of visits increasing as her needs changed. All new care professionals are introduced by another team member - so no strangers just appear at the door. The care professionals are helpful, respectful and caring. If any welfare
issues arise, Home Instead would call the appropriate agency (eg), district nurses. Having the app allows me to see visit information which has been helpful. Office staff are professional and approachable, and the support I have received was appreciated. Mum looked forward to her ladies visiting, and much laughter was had.

Home Instead provided excellent care for my grandad. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were kind and caring and enabled my grandad to carry on living as full a life as possible. Even visiting him in the hospital when his family were unable to do so. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone.

Home Instead carers do a wonderful job for my mother. Without them, she would be unable to continue living in her own apartment. They make a huge difference to her physical and mental well-being and give me peace of mind knowing I can rely on their support. Whenever I need to ring the office, the staff
are unfailingly helpful and friendly.
The carer who provides most hours and has been with her the longest; is a real treasure and always looks out for things that need doing. She and my mother greatly enjoy each other's company and share a sense of humour, which is delightful and a real tonic.

I have daily visits (Mon - Fri) by a Home Instead carer from the Chester branch for an hour at lunchtime. They provide me with company, general help and prepare a cooked lunch for me. The same lady visits 4 days a week with occasional visits by other carers. They are always on time and very friendly.

I have been having help with personal care 4 mornings a week since July 3rd. After contacting the company I was visited by the manager to discuss my needs and what they could offer me. The company always sends someone to introduce a new carer which has been very helpful. They are all so lovely and friendly.
Carers arrive on time and spend the full hour with me. I am assisted to shower in a dignified and caring way. My breakfast is prepared and served to me and my bed made. The kitchen and bathroom are left clean and tidy and clean laundry is put away. Only a few carers have visited over the last 4 months so we have got to know each other well and I look forward to their visits. I feel very lucky that I have found such an excellent agency. There isn't anything negative I can say about them and just wish I could afford to have them seven days a week.
