Completely fantastic service for my mum, who has dementia, diabetes and falls. The carers bend over backwards to make mum feel at home with them and treated her like a member of their own family. I can't recommend Home Instead enough and all my family would say the same.
The review went well, very helpful and all my mother's needs are catered for.
I required care for my mother for a two week period in August. I contacted Home Instead and their care manager visited us and set up a complete care plan. The two weeks care provided, consisted of two visits per day and was a first class service. My mother really took to the carer who was very kind and considerate. I cannot tell you what a relief it was to have this kind of cover, the carer went beyond what I expected and I can't thank her enough. I would recommend this service very highly.
I have been using Home Instead for about three years and have found them reliable and friendly. My mother still wants her independence and this is a service that Home Instead can give her. From having companionship, giving medication to making meals, this all makes living in your own home a healthier environment.
Very professional and understanding care provided. Most weeks the same two staff which really helps with familiarity. Every request met, nothing is too much trouble.
My family and I are very pleased with the care given to my mother. The carers are very supportive and the standard of care is excellent in all aspects. If we phone short notice for any extra care or support it is always given, no complaints at all. All I can say is the care agency is excellent.
My wife has dementia. Home Instead carers have come twice a week for over four years to be company for her while I go out. I have been able to do this with complete confidence. The ladies have always been attentive to her needs and have stimulated her conversation. Caring has been warm and efficient and very well worth the cost.
We have used three agencies in this area and this company are by far the best of those we have tried.
High quality, dedicated, thoughtful and consistent carers on a regular basis over 4 years, with good knowledge and understanding of needs of client by carers and by office staff. Superb care - for both companionship and personal care. Carers have become good friends to client who enjoys their company and help. Excellent communication from carers and from the office - they really are just a phone call away if you need to speak to them or of their is a problem or issues - the managers respond immediately and listen well. Flexible and responsive to changing care needs. Friendly and professional in their approach to care in the home - excellent support for continuing independence.
Home Instead Senior Care is an excellent business in every way. I am very happy to speak to my carer - is just great.
I am very pleased with the are get and all the girls are very helpful.
Home Instead have been amazing by managing to produce a suitable carer at a specific time at relative short notice. All the carers are very personable and willing to do whatever is required. I did use another agency prior to Home Instead and its much better.
I feel this review is somewhat premature bearing in mind it has only been up and running for one week and needs time to settle down into a routine. However all the signs are good.
