Hand on heart, I don't know as a family what we would have done without HI Chester. From that first call to Jayne, they shifted into action at a very urgent, stressful and emotional time. They were very professional, experienced, caring and supportive. Their hands on care was of the highest standard, and I have already recommended them to friends and family. No request was too much - they moved mountains for us - and I feel very lucky that our experience has softened a heartbreaking journey.

We receive excellent care, especially from the older care professionals. The carers are always efficient and thorough, but have time for companionship and listening to our needs. They arrive on a timely basis and operate proactively. A pleasure to have in the house.

Having used Home Instead previously for our mother's care, we were happy to use them again when our father suffered a series of falls. We found them professional and compassionate, with some of the carers going beyond their remit to assist during difficult circumstances. They did their best to keep dad living independently at home. The on-line portal was a very useful tool, for the wider family to keep tabs on where dad's care was up to on a daily basis.

On several strong recommendations, I contacted Home Instead Chester to see if they could help and they were wonderful. We devised a package of regular twice-weekly 'companionship' visits and I had the reassurance that they had the resources to escalate any necessary interventions. It was clear from the very beginning that Home Instead embodies exactly the caring and professional culture we wanted and my mum appreciated. They spent time getting to know her and they listened. Every appointment was kept and all the communications worked efficiently. Thankfully no intervention was needed but we were totally reassured by their involvement and free to enjoy our much-needed break knowing she was safe.

My husband's life is so much richer for having his morning visits from his carer. My husband's mental health has improved because of Home Instead.

Every member of the team that we dealt with was superb and it felt that nothing was too much trouble. They provided my mother-in-law with essential care, companionship and safety, often at very awkward hours. A very high degree of professionalism with a 'can do' attitude. My mother-in-law is at times quite critical but she never met a team member that she did not like. The high-quality service and excellent relationship were critical as we live around 250 miles from my mother-in-law. Strongly praise and strongly recommend the team.

Homecare have provided good personalised care to my mother. Unlike other agencies, they are able to do Mum's medication and provide a tailor-made service. I can, and do highly recommend them.

Overall very satisfied with the support and care provided by the girls and the management. I have had a few problems and concerns but they have addressed them so can't ask for more than that.

Time flies - the ladies have visited me for around two years and they are my right-hand women. I mainly have one carer but when she is on holiday I have one different lady. The continuity is outstanding. They are just excellent.

The girls provide really good care, they say hello to me and my husband when they arrive. They are very respectful, kind and caring. They always follow the routine without needing to be asked. They make sure I'm comfortable and have everything to hand before they leave, and they always make sure to say goodbye to both of us before they leave.
