Nightingales have been so flexible and accommodating with mum's changing needs.
Without exception the carers themselves have been very kind and responsive to Mum's particular needs.
Their flexibility in doing housework as well as personal care has resulted in Mums home looking the cleanest and tidiest
it has been for sometime
One of the carers even helped label the fridge/freezer so that Mum knows what needs eating/replacing.

Your carers attended my wife for over a year before she died. They were dedicated, loving and trustworthy. Without them I simply would have been unable to cope. And Nightingales were understanding and flexible in meeting our sometimes changing needs.

Thank you Nightingales and all the carers who looked after mum before she had to go into a care home.
The kindness and willingness to help of the carers really helped mum to stay independent in her own home for as long as possible.

The carer was very kind and supportive. Mum enjoyed her company and I had peace of mind knowing that she had a visit every day.
She made sure mum was eating and drinking at lunchtime and listened to mum's memories of times gone by.

My mum has been receiving care since Dec 24 due to having a fall. They was able to do an assessment the next day & start the care 2 days after. They have been amazing with mum gaining her independence back. They have been amazing communicating with me as I am deaf & can only communicate by email. I

Nightingales provide home care for us and we are delighted with the thoughtful, attentive care and consideration given to us. Each carer that has visited us has a slightly different approach and priority to the task but the overall result is satisfaction for us.

Our live-in carers provide excellent compassionate care for my father. The relief carer also adds to his day by playing games. My father isn't always the easiest person to care for but our carers understand his needs and character and adapt accordingly.

My mum was looked after by Nightingales HomeCare. She was allocated her own carer for the whole time she was with the company. Her carer is a good communicator and does everything to her preferences. My mum is happy that she chose Nightingales for her care.

Nightingales HomeCare provided care for my mother during her illness and the care given was amazing. Mum got along very well with the carers and as a family, we had no concerns with the care and safety for Mum. The team were excellent and helped our family to look after our mum at very short notice with no fuss and complete compassion.
Unfortunately, Mum has to go into a care home but would recommend Nightingales to anyone.

The carers are respectful and caring. My father enjoys seeing them. His dignity is respected even during the most intimate care. Carers generally arrive on time and spend the full time with him. We appreciate the willingness to be flexible.

I have always found the office staff very helpful and friendly. Getting things done or changed very efficiently.
All the carers are lovely too, and very understanding of Mum's mood swings etc due to her dementia.

Nightingales provided some temporary care for my dad while I was on holiday. The carers were reliable and helpful to him, they were also company for him. I was able to add some extra hours at quite short notice, due to his needs changing. We will definitely use Nightingales again, should the need arise.
