Excellent five star service. Nightingales were totally responsive to our needs, very professional in their approach, went above and beyond really. They can be totally recommended to look after your loved one. Our mother's final days were in very caring, kind and professional hands.

Carers are friendly and have built a good relationship with Dad over the years they have been visiting. Care has been very good, any issue that needed to be addressed has been sorted out quickly. Very pleased that we chose Nightingales HomeCare.

I was very happy with the service that I received. My carer was always available to provide help when it was required. As I was 'nil by mouth', the carer had to cook all her own food, as well as helping me. She did a lot of cleaning of my flat. We also sat together to watch some television in the evenings.
She could not have been such a good carer for me. She was always there when I needed help.

The home care provided for my mother especially following her fall, by both the office and the care lady, who was tasked to care for my mother, who has very bad dementia, was excellent. We originally started with just a morning attendance but decided to increase this to the evening as well. On all occasions,
they were on time and extremely helpful and kind to my mother, which was very reassuring for both my Father and me. They were also very, very helpful and attentive with my mum when she fell and this care continued even after my mother had been taken to hospital by keeping in contact with us and making sure when she came out, their care program continued.

My mother has used the Nightingale service at home for about 2 years now. We have had nothing but excellent support from them and any (very tiny) issues have been dealt with efficiently and promptly. They have been extremely flexible about the timings of visits around a period of hospital admissions.
Highly recommended.

I am so thankful for the care that my Father received from you all in the short time he had having careers come into his home and being there for him.
Even if he didn’t want anything done for himself just the chat with him made his day.

Nightingales HomeCare has provided visiting carers for my mother for approximately one year. She has dementia and Nightingales was engaged after a very negative experience with another carer provider. That experience made me very cautious, supporting my mother choose another carer. I wish we had used
Nightingales from the start. Some key strengths of Nightingales are: effective organisation arrangements, with all their office team being friendly, helpful and surprisingly cheerful, given some of the dramas my mother 'creates'; high standards for the carers, all of whom are positive and professional, never looking to do the minimum. In particular, you note this when there is a problem (fall, ill, confused) and they respond excellently; clear communication of updates, rota, invoices and a wonderful feedback app showing all the visit details promptly afterwards; a very flexible approach, with a phone which is answered 24/7 if there is a problem. Highly recommended. Worth every penny!

Nightingales have been supporting me in caring for my 96-year-old father for over two years now. They are a professionally run organisation, and the staff are knowledgable and kind as well as very good at what they do.
As far as possible, my dad gets the same carer to visit him, so he knows her and
feels comfortable. When it is not possible for her to come, the other staff are all very good and make him feel at ease.
The manager has been really good to me, always providing the cover I need, which allows me to have some time off, free from worry.
I would recommend anyone who needs support with caring to check out Nightingales.

We have only recently started having morning and evening care support to help my wife’s live-in carer, so far I have been very impressed by all the care staff, they are very friendly, polite, so kind and understanding. Also, they take an interest in my wife, her past, hobbies etc, which has made it
easier for my wife to connect with the carers. Also, our Live in carer has mentioned that all the care staff have been very knowledgeable in their duties to help out with personal care.
The care manager is also very helpful and understanding, plus helps out when needed so, at present I am more than happy with the service my wife is receiving.

The service provided to my very elderly mother is exceptional. The carers (especially one in particular) go well beyond normal spec. She can be difficult but they always treat her with respect and kindness. The management team never fail to contact me if there is a problem of any sort and often contact
the doctor if they feel it is necessary.

I can’t praise enough the care my stepmother-in-law has received from Nightingales. Originally the carers visited three times a day and were prompt, kind and considerate.
Since the end of December, her health has declined so now she has 24-hour live-in care which has been excellent.
This has required
endless patience, kindness, good home-cooked food and real nursing care for a lady of 96 years old.

My Dad receives great care and attention from the carers. I have been called as soon as problems have arisen and they have been dealt with very well.
I only have two things that could improve. Spotting things in the house that need fixing (leaks etc). Also, shopping lists given are excessive. For
example, I am asked to buy sugar when there's a bag and a half in the cupboard and 2 surface cleaner sprays when there are 2 or 3 in the cupboard.
Apart from my suggestions, I am very happy with the care given and I think my Dad is too. When I'm there I feel that the carers actually care about him and they talk to him in a lovely manner.

Nightingales provided a carer for me at home after I had an operation. I found the approach of the person doing the home visit the best of the three agencies I spoke with: professional, personable and friendly without being overly familiar and efficient. Each time I've spoken with the office the staff
have responded swiftly and effectively, including being flexible about the fact that I needed less care than I had thought I might. I was sent the same carer for the 7 visits I needed, which was nice. She was excellent; intelligent, attentive, extremely hard-working, willing, kind and very personable - a warm person whom I'm sure will do well with whatever she does. Great memory for detail too, which I appreciated.

The start of my positive experience with Nightingales was made when calling with initial enquiries. I found the office staff understood our needs, even though there would be some “challenging” household dynamics.
At all times I felt assured that my concerns were understood and well within the capabilities
of the team. The carers themselves are lovely and what I particularly enjoy is hearing the giggles and banter they enjoy with my father.
If our needs change - Nightingales are happy to adapt swiftly.

I have been a client with Nightingales Bromley for ten years. The last few years have been good. I don't get a regular rota so don't always know who is coming in. I also feel the night carers do rush me getting to bed. I am 93 years old and have arthritis, heart problems and fused hips and am in a wheelchair
all day, so by the time I get to bed am out of breath! The last six months have not been as good.

Back in December of 2022, my mum broke her hip, leaving my disabled sister without her regular carer. At the same time, another family member became very ill, leaving me as the sole, able family member. I was overwhelmed and struggling to work out how to cope with three very ill or disabled family members.
It
was at this point that I came across Nightingales HomeCare and thank goodness I did.
Firstly, they were sympathetic and understanding about my situation and the implications of my situation.
Secondly, they were calm and efficiently helped me put a programme of care in place for my sister.
Most importantly, they provided some light at the end of the tunnel, that the situation was manageable and that I would be able to cope. Priceless.

Happy with the service. Very efficient and always caring and providing feedback. Excellent in everything that has been provided. The care has been of excellent quality and service. The service was provided after hospitalisation. My mum feels very comfortable with the carer. Cannot fault the carer.
