My parents have lived happy, busy, independent lives for 93 years. Nowadays, life can be a bit much and I live 3000 miles away. Knowing that caring people are visiting and helping my parents around their home has been wonderful. I believe my parents enjoy the company and I appreciate the peace of mind.

During three months recovering from back trouble I had very good care from Nightingales, delivered by four carers, three of whom were excellent, the fourth less so, largely through youth and inexperience, and she was rapidly dropped from my rota. All had good English, and they did their best to run
things as I wanted them and to keep me cheerful. I found the office easy to contact and immediately helpful with queries or problems.

Very happy with them, they look after my mum very well. Mum is very happy with them too. She has dementia and she calls the carers 'her girls'. l live about 2 hours away and l am at ease knowing she is looked after, as l am disabled myself and can't always get up to see her. I would recommend to anyone.

I have had regular visits from carers for many years and have found all of them to be kind, caring and helpful. I have recently had a situation where I have needed to change the times of my visits slightly and they have been very accommodating. I have recommended Nightingales to other people.

My mum and dad were very happy with the staff member who came into our home to care for my mum while I was away for a week. We were all a little nervous about a stranger coming into our home but my mum said she was gentle with her. My father said she always asked if there was anything else she could
do to help them both and she brought down our big bin from the road to help them as they are both elderly and my dad is disabled.
I feel comfortable now going forward knowing that (hopefully) the staff member or another caregiver will be able to care for my parents if needed. Thank you Nightingales HomeCare.

Friendly, reliable & very considerate & compassionate to my mum.
We have Nightingales for just an hour 5 days a week which has helped both ostentation stay in their own home still & take the worry from the family who cannot be there every day.
Independence is so important.

My elderly and frail Mum started using Nightingales at the beginning of April after a 4-week stay in hospital. I cannot fault the care, kindness and friendliness of each of the carers who see my Mum every day, she looks forward to their visits - they are respectful and she trusts them implicitly. We
are both so thankful for everything they do for her around the house, hoovering and putting on washing, unpacking shopping when it's delivered. A truly wonderful service which allows my Mum to live in her own home. The office staff are hugely helpful and friendly too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nightingales to anyone who needs home care.

The standard of the carers my mother has had and the consistency of one or two, in particular, has been outstanding - they have treated my mother with respect, dignity, kindness and intelligence and are ‘part of the family’ now. We would call out one carer in particular who has been an amazing carer.
Moreover,
the base staff/management have always gone above and beyond in supporting Mum’s needs (planned or otherwise) and in times of crisis.
We can’t thank everyone enough and would recommend easily to friends and family.

Our cleaner was punctual, very thorough and pleasant. The bungalow smelt and looked a 'treat'. It gave me a bit of a break from the cleaning for five weeks. Thank you!

We currently use the Nightingales sitting service and are very pleased with the care being provided. I work from home, so I am able to see some of the interactions between the sitter and my mother. I note that she is very attentive to my mother's needs and ensures that she calls her by name and introduces
herself at every visit, practices that we feel are important for Mum as a dementia sufferer. Also, the sitter continually keeps her informed as to what she is doing, whether with regard to directly assisting her or carrying out tasks in her immediate environment to support her. Mum clearly enjoys her visits and always looks relaxed after them. All in all, a very positive experience for all of us!

Nightingales have provided excellent care for my mother, who has dementia, for the last three years and more recently for my father after he fell and broke his hip. All the carers have been fantastic - so kind and willing. They are used to dealing with any situation and have lots of common sense! The

Nightingales Services are an asset to all families faced with the reality of co-ordinating care for their ageing parents, providing expert and compassionate care.
Their carers' ensured my mum was comfortable and safe while managing her Dementia and, not long after their services were employed, we noticed
how much more Mum was engaging, less confused and more coherent.
Also, during the period of care - not only did they give us reassurance that Mum was in good hands they also gave us peace of mind (which you cannot put a price on) which allowed us to concentrate on our own daily routines, especially our employment.
I would recommend Nightingales in a heartbeat.

I had to arrange rehabilitation care for my mother who broke her hip whilst staying with me in Oxford over Christmas. This had to be done by surfing the net as my mother lives in Croydon, so I did not know where to look; this had to be arranged so that my mother could safely return home. I found Nightingales
HomeCare online and they had a very good CQC report. I spoke to them on the phone and they efficiently arranged a home assessment and started her care within 24 hours; thus allowing my mum to go home. They have been efficient, caring, reliable and, all in all, my mother has recovered well with their support and help. I would highly recommend them.

Nightingales HomeCare, in particular the planning assistant manager, the assistant manager and one of the care supervisors, have been fantastic over the past year, providing appropriate care, sometimes at very short notice, to help my husband and me as his condition deteriorated and his needs increased.
They listened to what was needed and tried to ensure someone who would be the best match was sent as cover. All were professional, hardworking and willing to do all they could to make things better or manageable for my husband, even when he was reluctant to be helped. That took real dedication. I can fully recommend Nightingales if you are looking for carers for your loved one.

Nightingales were excellent in all respects in their care for my sister (89). The women were efficient, compassionate, conversational, and often did little extra things unasked within their time limits. My sister loved them. The only reason we stopped was after she had a fall, was hospitalized for a
while, and then had care from another social care - which involved a different and more distant agency until she moved to a residential care home. My sister, myself, and her closest friends all agree that Nightingales provided a superb service for which we remain very grateful and would recommend to others.

We used Nightingales for companionship (July 22 to February 23), day care (March 23) and live in care (September to October 23). They provided an excellent set of packages for my husband, were customer facing at all times and handled any minor queries we had speedily and effectively. The individual

Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care, she oversees daily operations, ensures full compliance with CQC standards, and fosters a culture of compassion and excellence among staff.
With a strong background in social care, health, and education, including learning disability social work, Adijat has successfully managed teams of up to 60 employees, implemented robust quality assurance systems, and consistently achieved positive inspection outcomes.


She is deeply passionate about staff development, safeguarding, and promoting the dignity, rights, and independence of every individual in her care.
