My mother was in much need of care at short notice, and Nightingale pulled out all of the steps from the word go. There were difficult times with my mum, but the carers rallied and smoothed over those difficult times professionally.

My mother needed to resume her care package from Nightingale at short notice. I am pleased to say that the office acted promptly in linking her up with carers whom she knew. She was delighted with the care provided. I found Nightingale's carers offered a friendly and professional service, they never
once let my mother down. I was impressed with the contact they made with me when any issue arose and I am grateful for their attention to detail regarding the progress of her illness.
Office staff always kept me informed, I found them all very approachable. Thanks to all of you for helping my mother over the last couple of years.

I have been using Nightingales Homecare for nearly 5 years and although several carers, all have shown care, compassion, and support. We have been through some emergencies, sometimes unpleasant, but they are always at the end of the phone and respond quickly. I have made some good friends. Keep up the

On the whole, the carers are friendly and kind, fairly efficient and mostly nice and chatty and some I look forward to seeing. Travelling time needs to be allowed between clients for carers to be able to be on time. I find changes in carers and new staff difficult as they are not used to the house and
routine. It makes me nervous about safe, experienced handling care, especially at bathtime.

Nightingales were recommended to us after Mum broke her hip and became housebound. The whole team were supportive to us as a family as well as my Mum. I work full time and the Nightingales Team were my eyes and ears during the day. They would call doctors and health care professionals when necessary
which gave me peace of mind. Mum looked forward to their visits. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Each of the Nightingale Homecare (Bromley & Reigate) carers who come into see Mum were lovely. They were never in a rush, they spent quality time with mum and seemed to understand how to relate to her to make her feel loved, cared for and supported. They were very reliable, would tell us if they would
be late and settled mum into a very good routine which ensured that her last few weeks were ones of happiness and contentment. We feel very indebted to the Nightingale team.

Overall a good experience. There were some initial difficulties in not being able to find our house but this settled now. This service allowed my mother to continue to live at home longer and gave us the reassurance that someone was seeing her daily and that she was being fed. We valued the folder with the daily comments left by the various carers, as it meant that we were in touch with changes that might be happening.
We have already recommended this service to friends and they too are impressed by the assurance it provides.

Up until the end of September 2018, my mother received excellent one-to-one care in our home. Nightingales stepped in to help with the care of her here in the mornings, to wash and dress her and see she had her breakfast. All the girls who came were smartly dressed in uniform, were always punctual and
respectful. Their medical knowledge and caring attitude was much appreciated by myself and my mother. I can only say thank you.

Overall my mother received an excellent service from Nightingale Homecare (Bromley & Reigate). I liked the fact that my mum had a main carer for morning care and a main carer for evening care. This meant that a relationship built up over time and both these carers knew my mother very well and were able
to spot when things were wrong (such as a urine infection). The carers were very kind, skilled, thoughtful and very supportive. They also would chat with me which was good for my wellbeing.

Adijat is an experienced Registered Manager with over two years at Nightingale's Homecare, providing leadership in adult social care, domiciliary care, and residential services.


She brings more than 14 years of dedicated experience across both the education and healthcare sectors. Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care, she oversees daily operations, ensures full compliance with CQC standards, and fosters a culture of compassion and excellence among staff.
With a strong background in social care, health, and education, including learning disability social work, Adijat has successfully managed teams of up to 60 employees, implemented robust quality assurance systems, and consistently achieved positive inspection outcomes.


She is deeply passionate about staff development, safeguarding, and promoting the dignity, rights, and independence of every individual in her care.

Paige

Paige Lyons

Job Title: Assistant Manager Joined: 2014

As an effective team player, Paige has a talent for glueing operational aspects together within Nightingales. Paige is committed to her clients and their care needs, but never forgets the protection of her staff team during the process.


Paige is developing her knowledge within Home Care and has aspirations to become a Registered Manager. She is currently completing her Level 5 and has support from the Directors throughout.
