From the outset of meeting the staff of Nightingales,I was impressed, and especially with their positivity and organisation, and in particular, their humanity. Ultimately, Nightingales have enabled my sister to live in her own home. Their carers are outstanding and very committed to their care and have built up a good relationship with my sister, during one period, even visiting and caring for her when she was hospitalised. The District Nurses respectively and the Occupational Therapist visiting my sister at her home, have without prompting, commended Nightingales' carers to me. In the circumstances in which they have found my sister, with a progressive dementia, their care has featured tolerance, patience and understanding. My family would have no hesitation in recommending Nightingales.

After caring for my mum who lives with me for over 12 years I found I was temporarily unable to do so due to health reasons. I needed some help and so contacted Nightingales. Very quickly a member of staff visited my mum to assess her and confirmed that they would be able to help. The ladies that visited my mum were all friendly, kind and caring. In helping my mum, they also helped me as it took a great weight of my mind knowing that we had help. Luckily, within a few weeks I had recovered enough to resume my mum's care myself, but I now have the reassurance of knowing that Nightingales is there should we need to call upon them in the future. Nightingales provided the best of care for my mum. They were easy to communicate with and worked collaboratively with our family to ensure that that the care that was provided met our needs. The caregiver working alongside mum became a family friend and her patience and caring support was highly valued by our family, particularly by my mum. We feel very fortunate to have found such as great company to work with and we thank you from the bottom of our heart for your time and support.

My Mum has dementia and has a good support network around her. At the heart of that are the Nightingale carers that come to the house to help with personal care primarily, but will help with numerous other tasks if needed. Mum has a regular carer who she really likes but all of the staff that come we have found to be very nice and excellent at their job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nightingales to anyone looking for carers that needed it.

The Nightingales team has been excellent since they took on care of my father. The communications via their app and, when needs be, email/phone have been thorough and show that the carers really are dedicated to their work. As I live far away, it is great to know how my father is from day-to-day. The care lead has been excellent in co-ordinating the team and provided cool and calm leadership when needed. My father's situation has stabilised after a difficult few months and this is very much down to the level of care which Nightingales are providing. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We have dailyy care for 5 dys a week, mainly for food preparation and some personal assistance. The carers who viisit are pleasant.and efficient. The company provide an escort for us for hosspital/clinic visits. Very happy with the service.

Nightingales have provided a good service, focusing on cooking and laundry. Our carer is very friendly and has a can-do attitude. It is also no trouble for Nightingales when we need to cancel a session because of alternative arrangements.

Your carers attended my wife for over a year before she died. They were dedicated, loving and trustworthy. Without them I simply would have been unable to cope. And Nightingales were understanding and flexible in meeting our sometimes changing needs.

My mum has been receiving care since Dec 24 due to having a fall. They was able to do an assessment the next day & start the care 2 days after. Our live-in carers provide excellent compassionate care for my father. The relief carer also adds to his day by playing games. My father isn't always the easiest person to care for but our carers understand his needs and character and adapt accordingly.
