It is a joy to be cared for by such lovely people.
I am glad you enjoy being cared for by our staff. Our carers find it a pleasure to care for you.
The team that comes to my house are excellent, friendly efficient and and always appears to be happy to see me. Overall an excellent team. One of the things that impress me is the fact that they always arrive at or near the time arranged. Great job all.
Thank you so much for this positive review. We always strive to arrive on time although with roadworks and busy town centre's it can be difficult at times. I am so pleased you are happy with our service and staff.
Compassionate and caring.
Thank you for your comments which are greatly appreciated. I am glad that you have found our staff compassionate and caring. We appreciate all feedback given to us so that we can improve our service.
The carers are always polite, friendly and caring. Mum is always pleased to see the carers and enjoys chatting with them. The carers have helped me so much as I know that my mum is being well looked after and if anything was wrong I would be told right away. The office staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. If you have any problems they will sort them out right away. If anyone ever asked me about getting carers I would tell them to get in touch with Primary Homecare, as the service and carers and staff are fantastic.
It is always a pleasure to look after your mum. We really appreciate your kind comments about our staff as we hope this will encourage others to see how we work.
Since I do not live near my aunt to help her she is reliant on her carers for all her care. The carers are professional, friendly and caring. They offer help and respond to my aunt's wishes regarding meals, toileting and personal care and I can keep informed through an app regarding any concerns or changing needs.
Thank you for your complimentary review. The carers love looking after your aunt and if you have any concerns or suggestions, please do contact the office team so we can respond quickly.
From the initial assessment before the carers started, we were impressed with the care and attention to detail and my mum's needs. Kind carers, plenty of time given and Mum is treated with the greatest respect.
Thank you for your kind comments. It is good to know the care and attention we have given your mum is appreciated.
Struggled for eight years as he has vascular dementia osteoporosis, arthritis, brittle bones, asthma and two strokes. Completely wheelchair-bound. All the ladies here are such a help and are kind, friendly, and very good at the job. He has his favourites and they even cope well with my tears every now and then.
Thank you so much for your complimentary comments which we really appreciate. Our carers have been through so much over the past 2 years but they still care for all our clients as best as they can. We will continue to provide a quality service to your husband with caring and kindness.
Primary Homecare was assigned to my grandmother by the West Suffolk CCG. From the very start, they were proactive, thorough and organised - which gave the family great reassurance that my grandmother was to be in good hands as she received end of life care. The care staff were excellent. We were kept up to date and they were compassionate and thorough on what my grandmother was understandably apprehensive about at the start of using a care service, but quickly adjusted and developed a liking for several care staff in particular! Highly recommended - excellent service for carers and their families.
Thank you so much for your complimentary and positive comments. We are delighted that we made a difference to your grandmother's care and wellbeing. Our carers enjoyed giving care to your grandmother. We welcome comments and suggestions and act on them very quickly. It is wonderful to give this positive feedback to our carers.
The care my mother aged 85 receives from the carers on her three daily visits is fantastic, each carer is compassionate, caring and very professional. My parents have been receiving care from Primary Homecare Ltd for over 6 years, the carers and office staff go above and beyond their duties. It's very important to me that I can view each visit of the care given to mum, her mood and general health through the Nurse Buddy App. I would highly recommend Primary Homecare Ltd and would like to thank everyone of the carer and office staff.
Thank you so much for your kind words and compliments. We love looking after your mother and we always welcome feedback and suggestions. Many thanks.
Primary Homecare provide excellent care to my mother who is 95 and housebound. They provide personal care, meals and household chores in an efficient, caring and friendly manner. Also close attention to the many prescription drugs she has to take. The cavers are all lovely and consistent with the many care visits. Nurse Buddy is very useful and checks if mum is well when I cannot visit. 5 stars to all including office staff!
Thank you so much for all your kind comments. Your mum is a pleasure to look after. We are lucky to have such a good care team. We particularly like the fact that you use Nurse Buddy and find it very helpful. Many thanks.
My mother is 85, has mild Alzheimer's and lives alone. It is a huge comfort to me that she has visits from these kind, thoughtful and capable carers each day, as I live several hours away. I am kept informed of my mum's health and mood daily and I receive a call should my mum require anything. My mother would not be capable of independent living without their assistance and I am extremely grateful for their professionalism.
Thank you so much for this lovely review. We do try very hard to give a good service, especially in these stressful times. Your mother is a delight to look after and we appreciate your kind comments.
My lovely mum has Primary Homecare visits four times per day, and the care she receives is excellent. Mum has a regular carer who is amazing and has managed to encourage my mum to accept all the help she needs. Her carer always goes the extra mile, particularly with food presentation and personal care. Mum always looks immaculate and well-groomed, with beautiful hair. Mum's love of skincare, fashion and beauty has been continued. Her carer puts lots of thought into helping Mum choose her outfit for the day. I live next door, so I am popping in regularly, unannounced. The carer and Mum are always laughing and joking. Mum sometimes has a different carer at the weekend who is also impressive. I popped in one day, and Mum was confused being a little difficult. I heard her carer being so kind and caring, I was impressed by her gentle warmth and patience, which reassured my mum. Mum's carers are like angels, working alone in all weather. I just appreciate them so much.
What lovely comments about our carers! Thank you so much for those kind words and I am so glad that you and your mum are happy with the service that we provide. Please do let us know if there is anything that we can help with in the future. We welcome your comments.
I look forward to seeing my carer each day. Their care means that I can stay at home and still manage for as long as possible, and I am very satisfied with all they do. They help and leave me to do what I can by myself. I am treated with respect. Thank you, Primary Homecare Ltd, for all you do.
Thank you Cynthia for your kind compliments and comments about my staff. They enjoy assisting you to manage your daily activities and enabling you to remain independent at home. Your comments are greatly appreciated and valued and we look forward to receiving any suggestions to improve service.
Primary Homecare are the third provider we have used for my father's care and are the first provider we have found who do what you would hope a company would do. Professional and caring in their approach and easy to deal with. Attentive in their detail and the nurse buddy app provides updates for the family to view. I would highly recommend as a provider of care.
We are very happy to hear that you would recommend us to others looking for a good care provider. I am also pleased you are finding the Nurse Buddy App very useful and informative.
Whilst on a visit, they were working respectfully and professionally. The carers acted with kindness and compassion, assisting at all times together with emergency services with a difficult situation. They gave great comfort and support which is very much appreciated. Heartfelt thanks.
Thank you so much for your kind comments, which are greatly appreciated. It is a pleasure to look after your mum, and our carers are very fond of her. We value all the feedback that we get from clients and relatives and welcome suggestions towards the way we provide the service.
The Primary Homecare Ltd team cared for my mother for about three years. The manager was always helpful, being willing to adapt quickly to Mum's changes in her needs. These fluctuated considerably as Mum's mood changed. The caring was always reliable and as Mum's health deteriorated the level of care remained constant. She used to tell me who had been with her - due to Covid I was unable to travel from Wales to see her - and how kind and sensitive they were, which always put my mind at rest.
Thank you for your kind comments. We have strived to keep things as normal as possible during these very difficult times and it is wonderful to hear this positive feedback.
It has unfortunately been necessary for the carer's services to be called upon due to several accidents that have occurred. When called upon, they have gone that extra mile for me.
Michael, I am very pleased to hear our Carers go that extra mile for you.
My father has had home care for nine months. In that time, the carers have been very gentle, attentive and generally made my father very happy. They do not have an easy job and they do it with grace and a smile! I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends and relatives.
I would like to thank you very much for your kind comments and for recommending our service to others.
The carers that look after my Mum are excellent. They are kind to Mum, polite, smart, on time and always correctly presented with the correct PPE. I would recommend Primary Homecare Ltd to others without hesitation. The manager has always been so kind and helpful to all of my requests and needs and very accommodating. Top-notch!
Thank you very much for this review, Mandy. We are pleased to hear that you are very happy with the care your Mum is receiving from our care staff. We pride ourselves on ensuring staff represent our company in a positive way and it is good to hear that they are always smart, polite and wearing...
All the carers that came to help my Mum were wonderful and very helpful. They all treated my Mum with a great deal of respect and compassion. They all were on time and took time to talk to her. So I would recommend the company to everyone.
I am pleased you were happy with our service and your recommendation to others means a lot to us. Your mother was a pleasure to care for.
