I look forward to seeing my carer each day. Their care means that I can stay at home and still manage for as long as possible, and I am very satisfied with all they do. They help and leave me to do what I can by myself. I am treated with respect. Thank you, Primary Homecare Ltd, for all you do.

Primary Homecare are the third provider we have used for my father's care and are the first provider we have found who do what you would hope a company would do. Professional and caring in their approach and easy to deal with. Attentive in their detail and the nurse buddy app provides updates for the family to view. I would highly recommend as a provider of care.

Reply from Julie Mills, Operations Manager at Primary Homecare Ltd

We are very happy to hear that you would recommend us to others looking for a good care provider. I am also pleased you are finding the Nurse Buddy App very useful and informative.

The Primary Homecare Ltd team cared for my mother for about three years. The manager was always helpful, being willing to adapt quickly to Mum's changes in her needs. These fluctuated considerably as Mum's mood changed. The caring was always reliable and as Mum's health deteriorated the level of care remained constant. She used to tell me who had been with her - due to Covid I was unable to travel from Wales to see her - and how kind and sensitive they were, which always put my mind at rest.

Reply from Julie Mills, Operations Manager at Primary Homecare Ltd

Thank you for your kind comments. We have strived to keep things as normal as possible during these very difficult times and it is wonderful to hear this positive feedback.

It has unfortunately been necessary for the carer's services to be called upon due to several accidents that have occurred. When called upon, they have gone that extra mile for me.

I was very wary of who my mother should have; following a disappointing experience before Mum went into hospital. I shouldn't have worried. Primary Homecare has been excellent; right from the initial arrangement through to the actual day-to-day care. Professional and caring, proactively supporting Mum with everything. Nothing has been left to chance. This has made a 97-year-old woman very happy. She really looks forward to her twice-daily visits from her carer. Wonderful.

We have always found Mum's care to be a really good standard. We as a family, feel that whoever goes into Mum; the care she receives is brilliant and understanding of her needs. If ever we need to see if times can be changed or we would like the carers to do something in particular, the people at the end of the phone are pleasant and helpful.

I would like to thank everyone at Primary Homecare on behalf of all of my family for everything that you have done for my nan. You all went above and beyond, especially on her final day with us when it was hard for us, especially yourselves. We are all very grateful and appreciate everything that you have done for Nan for the last ten years or so. Nan was really pleased with the care that she got, given anything that she needed. You all went above and beyond to sort this out for her. She loved every one of you like you were family.

Thank you again.

Reply from Cheryl Milldown, Registered Manager Primary Homecare at Primary Homecare Ltd

We feel honoured that we cared for your nan for over 10 years and that she was able to remain in her own home which is what she and all the family wanted. Your nan was a lady that brightened up every carers day and she is sadly missed by us all. Thank you so much for sending this review I will...

My aunt is very happy with all the carers that come to her and tend to what she needs three times a day 24/7. They also go to the shop if she has run out of anything. She is very happy with her care, as am I.

My wife suffers from Alzheimer's disease and we started with Primary Homecare over two years ago. I am positive we made the right choice.

No carers have ever come into my home without being cheerful and friendly, and many show a high level of dedication and efficiency in the performance of their duties. Every effort is made to provide the right carer for my wife's needs which is so important. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Reply from Cheryl Milldown, at Primary Homecare Ltd

I would like to thank you for taking the time to send in a review, it is heartwarming to know that the care and support we provide to your wife is to a high standard. I know that she has regular carers who have built up the level of trust and know her needs, continuity is so important when caring for someone with Alzheimer's and we strive to meet this. We appreciate your recommendation.

Carers are very pleasant and polite, dressed smart, identity display. Nothing is too much trouble. The level of service you receive from carers is very good and provided in the way that is required and tidied up before leaving.

If the carers think it is needed to phone nurse or doctor they will tell you.
