I am delighted with everyone from Home Instead, and so is Dad. We thank everyone for their help and kindness.

We have a lovely team who are very understanding of the whole situation and respond to changes and use initiative as to wash or shower.

We contacted Home Instead for the care of my wife because they looked after my sister-in-law. The good reports we received about them from her family turned out to be absolutely correct. The care consultant and field care supervisor came out to see us initially, and my daughter and I were very impressed by their presentation. We signed up on the spot, but unhappily instead of the year of care I was expecting, it turned out to be only three weeks. During that three weeks we met a few of their lovely team of carers. They were all so friendly, professional and efficient. I didn't want my wife to go into a care home to be looked after by other people, so this was the perfect solution. I would highly recommend this company if you are in the same situation.

When I needed to contact the head office for assistance, the queries were dealt with quickly.

Carers are kind and adaptable and I believe Mum has benefited from seeing different faces and having different people to talk to. We have been using Home Instead’s services for a number of years now and they have provided increasing help as Mum’s needs have increased. Additionally, when health issues within my own household have arisen they have always managed to provide extra cover to fill the gaps that would otherwise have been left in Mum’s care.

Our helpers provide excellent support and are passionate about their work. They treat my parent with respect and dignity. They all go above and beyond what is asked of them. The management of our needs is good and responses are prompt.

All the staff at Home Instead are most friendly, helpful and conscientious. It is very reassuring to know that they are looking after my relative with care and compassion. If there are any problems they get in touch and I feel we all work well together. My brother-in-law enjoys the visits and the company/help that they provide. It’s a massive help to our family to know he’s well-supported.

Saw Home Instead carers working with residents at a care home and was impressed. When my husband and myself needed help we contacted them and are extremely pleased with the service and help they have given. Nothing is too much trouble for carers and office-based staff. A real load has been taken off me and I now wonder how I managed without them.

I have been a client of Home Instead since mid-September 2022. Staff I have met have all been without exception both punctual and efficient, but more importantly friendly and reassuring. Any assistance I have requested with normal household tasks has always been readily given. Likewise, if an opportunity has arisen to walk in an adjacent park I have always felt in safe hands. On the very rare occasion I have needed to modify the time of a visit this has always been arranged willingly. My sincerest thanks to all involved.

The carers have all been very professional and understanding of Mum's needs and have helped her immensely.
