Timekeeping has been a constant problem but we understand that this is in the process of being rectified.
We will be forever grateful for their individual, unique care.
In addition, the carers have supported the whole family, building strong, supportive relationships and providing a listening ear, practical support and a shoulder to cry on.
Our family will be forever grateful to these kind and compassionate women.
Susan, thank you so much for taking the time to write us such a positive review. We are so pleased that we have been able to have such a positive impact on your family at what must be quite a difficult time. I will ensure that your comments are passed on to the team involved with Mum's care and support. Warmest regards, Andrew.
Home Instead were contacted after my 97-year-old mother was discharged from hospital. We had an extended holiday planned and thought that it might be necessary, given the circumstances, to cancel it. The Manager and her team stepped into the breach and filled in the gap effectively, efficiently and at modest cost.
Thank you for your excellent review. Your comments mean a lot and have been passed onto the team.
The care and support mum and I have received has been fantastic. Mum enjoys the visits from all of the careers. They are all so kind, helpful, aware of mum's needs and prepared to go that "extra mile". They are part of the family. I know when I leave mum she is in capable and safe hands.
Thank you for taking the time to provide such wonderful feedback. I will ensure that we pass on your comments to your mum's Caregivers.
My late wife had excellent care and consideration during her lengthy final illness. All the carers were kind and helpful and very good professionally. I would certainly recommend the team at Ripley.
Thanks you for your kind recommendation. I will ensure the team receive your positive feedback.
Excellent service all round.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are so please that you find our service 'Excellent all round'
I was suffering from anxiety and depression and lost the ability to cook for myself. I found the simplest of household jobs very difficult but cooking seemed to be the worst. My family decided to get help for me with this and were told about Home Instead, I didn't want someone to do all the actual cooking just to back me up because my confidence was so low. I was sent the ideal person who was calm and friendly and helpful and i looked forward to her visits.
Thank you taking the time to review our service. I am very happy to hear that we were able to provide a Caregiver who was well matched to your requirements and that you looked forward to her visits.
We had excellent care from all members of Home Instead Senior Care for care and support for my mother, always caring and helpful, went beyond support, would not hesitate to use again. Thank you Home Instead Senior Care.
Thank you for your kind words. We will ensure that your comments are passed onto the team who cared for your Mother.
All staff that have come to the home and office staff, are exceptionally good and very polite. The patient is very well cared for.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some excellent feedback. We will ensure this is passed on to the team.

Sheena was Head of Facilities Management for a large global training organisation for over 10 years prior to taking a short career break to have a family. Like many of her generation, she faced the dilemma of looking after her own children whilst coping with the increasing demands of supporting her parents as they grew older.
Sheena's mother lived with Alzheimer's Disease and required daily support from a team of carers. This experience was the driving force behind her decision to open a Home Instead office of her own.
Sheena enjoys supporting her local community, including the voluntary sector, by offering free workshops in such areas as understanding dementia or scam awareness. As well as being a business owner, Sheena also holds a number of voluntary trustee positions she has maintained with local community groups and charities.
Before opening the Home Instead office for Harrogate, Ripon & Thirsk, Andrew worked as a Senior Manager for a large FTSE top-10 company, gaining extensive experience in all aspects of customer and service delivery to an exceptional high standard.
Andrew was attracted to the ethos of Home Instead after seeing how Home Instead can make a real difference to people living in their own homes, as well as providing employment opportunities in the community.
Married to Sheena, Andrew enjoys walks in the beautiful Nidderdale countryside with his family and faithful pooch, Ripley.
